I have called simply gifts at least 10 times and was given multiple excuses of they were just waiting for the information to be entered into their system and then finally talked to supervisor named Jackie who stated she personally entered our information and we would we receive our gifts on the next shipment. After waiting for 3 more weeks, I made another call where I was told that she would call me in 2 days with my tracking number for our delivery. Never received that call and that was 3 woks ago. Any advice to receive our gifts because we went to their presentation in februarury and are still waiting. All you get from them are lies and excuses!

First time I ever attended one of these.  Thank goodness we said "NO".  Of course unable to connect t the web site "simply great gifts"'.  Never again.

I would not hesitate to sue them !

I did the stupid 90min meeting at Global Travel so that we could get a tablet, cruise package and camera. My husband and I got lectured on the verge of harrassment of how we need to buy their vacation package. We had to tell them no atleast 30 times. Aftwards we got a certificate for simply great gifts. That was July 19, 2013 and after numerous calls to them speaking to the same person every time named Janelle ( which is is mean, nasty and has no personality or customer service personality, as well as a horrible liar) it is now January 16, 2014 and we still have nothing to show for it!!!!!
This company needs to be sued and all the people that were scammed should be given them the items promised to them!!! I don't know how they are getting away with it!!!
