i got a call from tham and all they say is that they what my ck acc # i tell tham i what my bell in the mail and they say ok but they what the money and than they will send me my bell and all i can say is WHAT is this real are they in the USA

is this real  they call me and all they what is my ck acc # but the they will not send me a bill in the meal.

I'm getting about 8 calls a day from this company.
If I pick up there's no one on the line.
I consider this harassment.

These people are listed in my phone contacts as Jerka** and the ringtone is a duck.  I've finally given up on just ignoring the calls for months now and have put them on the "Blocked" list for my Verizon account.  They've called 4 times today, and just now called at 8:31.  Why people like this are even allowed to have a phone number is beyond me.  They harass people and they scam people and belong in jail.  I have no debts, have never been late on a payment, and really all they're doing is calling people and hoping someone will give them money.  Frauds.

I just call them back as many times as they call me and waste their time. I dont say a word. Like i said just tie em up for a while

Yes, it is. Collectors are not allowed to call before 8am and cannot call after 9pm in any time zone. This is part for the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Ya, my former husband never paid his bills, 12 years later toll free numbers are still calling the home phone number!  I blocked a 855-665-4358 yesterday, and today 866-789-8808 is calling. I don't answer any   toll free numbers, so now, it is a matter of who last the longest in not responding!

Received a call from this 888 number on my cell phone. I am on the do not call list. Did not get to the phone in time. Do not have any outstanding bills. No message left by caller. After reading these messages I will not be calling this number back- thanks

since my time's getting short for this "charge" on my tracfone, i answered: "WHO is calling me on MY cellfone?!" (reflecting, i probly shouldnt have mentioned the cellfone) of course, no one answered; they must have hung up when i answered.
from my years in credit; loans; finance; collections; customer svc etc i am VERY familiar with the FDCPA...frankly folks, it's about as WORTHLESS as registering on the DNC list. in other words, just another place for our government to place shirkers on the public dole without any responsibilities: in effect, they are RETIRED but drawing a paycheck. Some guy with an Indian accent called me from Allied Interstate about a debt on a Visa card that was charged off in 2001. He kept pressuring me to pay the over $2000 I now owe on that card. The card didn't have $200 when I wasn't able to pay it anymore. I told him the debt is 11 yrs old and no longer in my credit report and he was instant to making me pay. I brought up the Fair Credit Act and he was trying to get me to pay. I asked him to no longer contact me and he was fuming mad while yelling at me. I proceeding to tell him that he can be as angry as he wars but I'm protected by law and hung up in him. Pathetic people working for a pathetic company trying to harass me after the fact. I acknowledge I didn't pay it but it was a tough financial moment in my life, basically decided to eat instead of paying a credit card. I did learn that if I have a credit card with charges I'd better have the money in the bank to cover it and only charge for building of credit.

This is a scam...I suggest calling them back each time they call and attempt to collect a fictitious debt from them.  I only needed to do this twice before they stopped calling....and it was fun :)

They are a collection agency....they called me but wanted somebody that had my old phone#....so I just told them I didn't know anyone by that name and they said they would remove my #

They blocked Elizabeth Warren.  Back when the democrats ran congress government agencies did their job.  Republicans appoint do-nothings so their buddies can get rich and yet can say they care about the people.  The Republicans own congress and the senate (filibuster rule effectively gives the senate to the republicans), don't blame the democrats and Obama ain't a Dictator.  John Boner, Mitch McConnell don't really they give a crap about anyone but the Rich.  Shut off Limbaugh and wake up.

Don't know who they are or what they are and don't really care!!!! BUT they never ever call and wake me up or disturb me for no REASON PERIOD!!!!
