Got a card the other day, I thought it was because I missed the delivery, I was in the bathroom or something, but when I saw the return address was Express Package Delivery and not UPS or something we use.  I thought I would google it and all of these posts popped up.  Thank you everyone for the heads up.  Even though there are crazy people out there its good to know some are helping us watch our backs!

I did call the number and got nothing.  If it is an unsolicited offer that mysteriously comes to your door then its a scam.  I got mine today in the Lansing, Michigan area seems like they are still trying.

Got the card in Orlando today.  They have switched their address to Whitehouse, TX and their numbers are 877 766-1235.

Got mine yesterday in Wyoming, Michigan. No answer at the phone number they told me to call.

Got my green card today - tried to call the # 877 766 1235 but no one answered - but I should be getting some boots delivered so thought this was it - guess not!  What are these scammers hoping to get out of this...?

Got a post card in the mail today. I heard about this in the news this week. SCAM!!!

My husband got this green card today-9/27/10 and it said to call 877-818-2492 to schedule pick up from Apex Services in WhiteHoute Texas. I knew immediately it was some scam but luckily I pick up the mail. Hubby is kinda clueless and loves talking on the phone since he retired. I love the internet! Googled the Apex and green postcard and here I be.

Recived the card today. "First Class Mail, Presorted, US Postage Paid, Whitehouse, TX
Permit No. 120...   Apex Services. PO Box 820... Call 877.818.2492 for P/U. Pkg.# 116-7338-9787.
Track: 03087-02. Hrs: m-f 9am/6pm, sat 9am/1pm. Cute!      This scam is costing them postage and the 877 telephone number. Maybe they'll just run out of money. Perhaps this falls into the Interstate Fraud Statuets of the Justice and Commerce Departments as well as the FCC and the US Post Office Security Division.

Yep, got my card today from Apex Services and decided to do a little digging.  I called saying I wasn't the person on the card, but wanted to make sure nobody was missing a delivery.  I happened to be able to use my place of employment to sort of throw them off balance a little...when you get my caller ID, you're not going to be too happy :-)  Turns out this is an promotional giveaway from Global Vacations in Ann Arbor Michigan.  So, now we know where it's really coming from.  R,

Just got the green postcard from PO Box 820, Whitehouse TX....and I live in the Ann Arbor area as well.  Maybe I should have the local cop call them from his work phone?
