- dublintravelSame thing, my wife wanted me to call, thank goodness I searched first!!
- FredJust got the card today too (Reading, PA). Same as everyone elses. The sad thing is, old people usually end up getting scammed by stuff like this. I might call them tomorrow from work to ream them out for being so deceptive.

- Ohio momOh my goodness!!! Usually when I get a piece of "junk-mail" I just throw it away. Thats all YOU have to do!! All I see on here is scam scam scam!!! Did you all call or write things about Ed McMahon when he sent you things similar saying you could be the next million dollar winner!!! Get a grip people just throw it away if not interested. These people have jobs and are trying to make a living just as everyone else. Yes, i recieved a post card and this is just something me and my husband are not interested in doing at the present time. At least my tax dollars are not paying for these people to be on welfare because they do have a job. These are such hard times just think of the ones who don't have jobs right now. A lil post card is really not that serious!!!!
- toddi got this stupid post card in the mail today. glad i googled first. what a scam....
- BPost card from Tyler, TX stating that I had a package to pick up with a package number and a number to call to pick it up. It seemed sketchy so I googled it and thankfully others had reported that it was a scam so I didn't actually make the call.
- KeithDaughter brought me the mail ... Google d "Express Package Delivery" .... Arrived here .... Inserted card in shredder ..... Time saved Priceless.
Pataskala, Ohio - CleoThis company
Express Package Delivery
PO Box 131690
Tyler TX75713-1690
dupes their targets into calling an 888 number so a company can give them a sales pitch. This company sent a "pickup notice" postcard through the US mail containing a package number and a phone number to dupe the recipient into calling 1 888 472 5335.
I called the number and received numerous "your call is important to us" responses but stayed on the line to see who would answer. Ultimately got a representative who was pitching something about a Royal Caribbean Cruise. Frantz Rd. in Columbus, OH was mentioned. I looked up cruises in the yellow pages and found
Creative Vacation and Cruise Centers
5748 Frantz Rd.
Dublin, OH.
I reported the tactic to the BBB. - BobGot the same card as above in southeast penna. Thanks for heads up info
Will file with BBB - alreceived card today saying That they missed us and that I have a package to be delivered, also from tyler texas. Nothing was left on the door telling us that somebody tried delivering a package, I was born at night but not last night, somebody trying to fish information out of you or selling something you don't want
- LarryCalled and received the card in the mail. Thanks for the heads up to this apparent scam-rip off.
- Caller: Express Package Delivery
- bigLsellsGot my card today too and I thought I had missed a delivery I was waiting for. After sitting and thinkin about it I realized a delivery company doesnt "mail" you a we missed you card. Gotta give em props, I almost called. Luckily I didnt, I would have given them an ear full.
Oh well - thanks for heads up, I googled and got this site. - PaulSame bs sent to PA. I tried to call but never got thru to anyone so I googled it and found this. File a complaint herehttp://www.sanantonio.bbb.org/
- Halle| 1 replyI got the same card. Columbus Ohio. We thought it was a scam. Glad to know for sure.
- brmarysvilleWe got the same card and I have filed complaint with BBB in Tyler TX... I am tempted to file with the Dublin branch here in OH. Very misleading Business practice and would hate to see older folks get scammed with this.
- Joyce in Michiganreceived card in mail for Express Package Delivery, P.O. Box 131690, Tyler, TX with phone numbers 888-4-PAK-DEL or 903-839-1500. didn't fall for it either.
- JimI received the same card here in Columbus from Express Package Delivery with the same phone numbers:
888-4-PAK-DEL or 903-839-1500.
It makes no sense for a delivery service to mail a post card from Texas to Ohio. A real delivery service would leave a tag on the door.
I Googled their name and found this site.
Don't respond to their card! - Sue in OhioI'm so glad I Googled about this before calling!
You all had the very same uncomfortable feelings about this, and I'm glad you gave a heads up to others.
I have no dog to give it to, to chew it up, so...goodby card--into the trash you go! - EJDitto the above, Columbus Ohio area, postmarked 11/20/09. I had ordered some items, but pretty much knew what this was. In the shredder.......
- Pat M.My husband received the same postcard and we thought it sounded phony, so never called the number. Sure am glad I checked on the internet for information.
- Stellar OhioGot the same postcard and I dialed the number because I was actually expecting a package from a company I've never done business with. All reps were busy so I hung up and googled. Also from Columbus Ohio.
