This number was given to me in an email for a job with a company offering huge income potential.  After reading these posts, I will not be a part of the harrassment.  Thank you for the posts as I don't want to work for a company that has these practices. They say you can call the nubmer and listen to a short two minute presentation from the owner of the company!  Great.

The caller says it is Humana to get your trust and your information.  IT IS NOT HUMANA.  DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION.  This is the latest method of scamming and we all need to become aware of it.  Again, DO NOT give any information, just hang up, or better yet, put the repetitive numbers in your contact list as "Nuisance" or some such name and then you can be assured it is a scam call when it comes through.

Who knows?  Do know collection agencies used to call all the time........... for people who do not
even live here.   They quit for awhile.  But looks like it is starting up again.

I called the # and it was Humana...

They say they are from Humana.  Called Humana Customer Service.  They said they have no record of Humana calling me.  Wouldn't answer their questions.  Asked them to send them to me.  They hung up.

the call is from Humana Pharmacy Solutions. they were  following up on a letter  that i rec'd yesterday, from Humana's Right Source . It is their plan's mail-order pharmacy. in Louisville Ky.
they offer ALL GENERIC drugs for NO co-pay.
i just joined humana in jan. 2013 , after finding out there is no co-pay for family doctor visit and, 50% less than  my previous medicare plan, for specialists!

harrasing phone calls early in the morning ,late in the evening and night, also on sundays.

Humana is a pain in the rear with their cryptic calls.  they have urgent or important info but when you call back you get a series of automated call directors and NONE ever include speak to a HUMAN .  They have been bugging me for weeks about a script my doctor sent and then corrected.  You cannot get hold of a human who knows where their backside is at this place.  

As for people not paying their bills I have paid mine and have not incurred any credit since a chapter 13 but keep getting calls from agencies who buy old debt and try to collect even though it is paid in full. oce they buy it just days before the limitations are up it becomes a "new" debt and they can bug you for the next 5 years.  One compay did not make a claim but 1 week after the 13 was official they tuned off y srvice and tried to collect a $400 disconnect fee even though my bill had been paid in full on time every month and 2 das before they turned it off!  They are still trying to collect but my attorney amended the 13 to include them!!!  I refuse to respond and the one time I accidentally picked up a call some woman cursed me out much like you have ranted on your post and I reported them to the OAG for harassment for payment of an ILLEGAL charge.  I have also gotten calls from people trying to collect  debts owed by another person with the same name and not even inthe me town!!    Try to think before you type your vitriol because it could happen to you!!!

It is Humana, I called the number Back! I was curious! I did answer But did not get a response from their side! I do Have Humana for insurance!

I tied the same thing awhile Back, Thinking I could save a Lil Money! They sent the initial perscription with no probs, But after that I had all kinds of probs and then they still wanted to charge! I went back to My Local pharmacy and Have My prescriptions fast! I will never go back to the mail again to much Hassell!

statue of limitation varies by state. like VA is 4 years unless it is a judgement then it can be 10 or 20 years and if they call on a judgement it can be extended. if it is after statue of limitations, debt can NOT be started again unless you make payment arrangements and / or pay I forget which.
its part of the FDCPA ( fair debt collection practices act). as well as they cant claim to be who they aren't and cannot use bad language.

not a debt collector, it is Humana wanting you to order prescriptions through the mail via their Right Source Prescription plan.

Got a call from this number this afternoon. Guy with a heavy accent claimed to be with "Windows Technical Support" or some nonsense. I didn't talk to him; my father answered the phone. After spending WAY too much time trying to figure out what the call was about, my father then went to his computer and started following the guy's instructions. Meanwhile I was googling the number and found others have gotten calls from that number claiming to be Right Source Rx. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts at directing my father's attention away from what I assume was some kind of scam/phishing attempt, I finally wrote him a short note, after which he began asking the guy who he was and what company he was with. The guy hung up. Beware.

This is Right Source mail away pharmacy with Humana.  I have asked not to get calls and yet they still call daily.  When I do answer they try to get me to switch to them to save money vs using Rite Aid, little do they know i have no copay at rite aid with my secondary medicaid so not switching to them to pay 2 bucks a script.
