- CraigWhy would u keep calling when u.should know tha I will not answer?
- Max T. replies to GreatCaesersGhostI just called the number. It is Humana Pharmacy calling to set up receiving meds from them by mail.
- Axel HoseThe number belongs to Humana Pharmacy but someone is spoofing the number. Often they just hang up. Sometimes they will leave a voice mail with a call back #. I called it and it is a scam. They are pretending to be the IRS audit unit. They want your personal info. The IRS never calls you. They will sometimes ask you by letter to call a specific representative.
- Anon1-888-538-3518 is NOT Humana! I reported their number to Humana's customer service line at 866 255-7451. The 3518 number is a company offering you a prescription drug plan. It's legal, but it's decietful that they lead you to assume they're Humana. They are not Humana! They've called me 3-30, 4-6, and 4-19 from this line alone and I ALWAYS tell them no thank you.
- Rosalie G.| 1 replyI also have Humana and they are relentless. They call from different numbers. This is one of them that has been calling since I blocked the numbers they used previously. They are always trying to "sign you up" for services they say are covered in your insurance. But they use it as an excuse to "nag" you if you have any conditions. For example, overweight? Your program has a gym membership. You smoke? Your insurance has quit smoking workshops. And so on. I block block block. I have found I simply can't answer toll free or other unidentified callers or I get all sorts of unwanted calls who NEVER remove you from their call list despite repeated requests.
- Caller: Toll free number
- Sharon replies to MrGeckoWe have no outstanding bills. Can't be a debt collector.
- ckm of ohio replies to MrGeckoI do have Humana...and I am not in debt...
- MinnPersonMy call was from Humana, or someone they have outsourced this to, had about 5 in the past week so I just answered the darn thing. I use one of their Part D plans and they were pushing their mail order service. No a bad deal, but I like my local pharmacy, it's only a few blocks away and I don't need to save $20 a year.
- Caller: Humana
- TeaThis is from Humana Pharmacy Plan, wanting you to switch to mail in pharmacy. Not a scam or prank call.

- Harold replies to DonnaDonna, do you not realize people get telephones to use for their convenience and since the owner of the phone pays the monthly charges for that service, it is their option as to who they wish to call or not call. If someone wants to pay my monthly phone service charges, I would be more receptive as to who I would allow to keep calling. No one should be allowed to make calls if they don't want to identify themselves. You might think someone is a prick, but I say those making the unidentified calls are the pricks when I take time to answer a call. I keep a record and check to see how many times I get a repeat. I become the prick when they continue and they will certainly know I'm not happy at that point.
- MarySick of these jerks calling me.
- Caller: Humana pharmacy
