annoying calls all the time!!!!

Humana Pharmacy calling about 90 day auto supplies.

I didn't pick up, because I didn't recognize the number and my caller ID says "unknown." No message left, but I do have Humana insurance.

I received a call today August 14, 2017 at 5:35 p.m. CST and this is from Humana Insurance prescription service.  I DO have this service however I have not used it yet and I do wish they would quit annoying me with their calls to 'set me up.'  I've already been 'set up.'

Another unwanted and annoying call from "unavailable" - September 1, 2017------guess what....I am also unavailable.

Well, they called me and I have never been in debt!

Perhaps they are merely posing as Humana. If legit, it would seem reasonable they'd leave a message especially if they want your business.

Additional info: I called the nbr to see who they are. Squeaky young female voice tells me they are instructed not to leave msgs. Passed me to customer service lady who said she could not just remove my phone nbr from their system for purposes of their advertising, unless I gave my my name. I finally relented and gave it. Between my name and nbr she still thought she needed my Humana account nbr. I told her no, I'm not going to trouble myself further to go digging up my Humana ID #.  I told her she's got more than enough information from me to remove my number from annoying advertising calls. If she cannot find my account by name and phone number, they've certainly got no business calling my number!

P.S. I also told them how many people here are equally annoyed with their hounding calls.

It is humana and they are a total PIA and will not stop calling no matter how many times I ask them. They never leave a message. They keep insisting they need to bother me for my account info when I ask them to remove my number from their spam calling list. BS--they are calling me, therefore they have the # and can locate the associated account. I regret ever having connected with this creepy spammy outfit. I don't even have any prescription medications! This is at least the third call to me and probably it's been four.

Got thru to Humana via their online Chat and the assistant there easily put my number on their do-not-call-list. No problem. Nice lady. I also suggested they teach the telemarketers how to do this. I'm sure the trouble is the phoning system doesn't allow the callers access to the accounts which is why they insist we trouble ourselves to get them our information out of our files.... I'm stubborn, and think they need to adjust THEIR system, not further bother the customers. ;-)

Blocking call

They began by asking for a senior. When asked who they are they claimed to be Humana. Caller ID says "Toll Free". Told them I can't take a call from numbers like this. Seniors get scammer calls all day long. Easy marks?

No message. One of several hangs from this number.  Caller ID says "Humana" so I must conclude it  is either being spoofed by bad guys - or Humana pharmacy is staffed by marketing idiots.

This number keeps calling my husband and I---- continue to call daily.
