They call all the time, they keep asking for Roger Thompson. I keep telling them, he don't live here. And the call came in at 9:01 PM.

Does anyone want to know who to contact to tell him what pieces of crap Allied Interstate is?  Here is their attorney.  AI thinks they are above the law.  If there is anyone interested in a class action lawsuit against AI in New Mexico, please respond to this post with your email address.  AI ignores cease and desist orders.  A cease and desist order NEVER expires.

I get at least 10 calls a week because of my ex (20 years ago) and his new bad debts. He never was associated with my current phone number, I changed my last name as soon as divorce was final. Today it was these people. Answered it, and hear office noises in the background while I said "hello" about a dozen times. A voice said, laughing, "hey you've got a call" and someone else came on the line asking for my ex's new wife! She has one of those odd names, so I know who they wanted. I said if you find them, remind him about how much HE owes ME! And, NEVER call here again! I know it won't work but I feel better for the yelling!

Best bet is to put the phone up to your stero speakers and blast there damn ear drums, so far it worked and now these frequent annoying phone calls from this number have stopped. No one ever leaves a message and if you answer the phone there is just silence on the other end.

They are a collection agency.... Allied Interstate Collection. They collect debts illegally. They purchased a debt from LVNV Funding that was already paid about 5 years ago. They tacked on about $400 worth of their own fees to a debt that was already paid. I am now going to write and submit a complaint the BBB, the District Attorney and the FDCPA. Then I am sending them a debt validation request and warning them that I have documentation (because I do) and if they try to pursue collection I will sue them and LVNV Funding for illegal debt collection practices. They are in violation of the following items A) they purchased and are trying to collect a debt that is already paid; B) the amount they are trying to collect is incorrect; C) The debt is way over SOL and I could go on, but those are the violations I can think of right off the top of my head!  Allied Interstate and LVNV Funding better get their acts together, because if they don't stop their illegal practices on attempting to collect this debt that was already paid I am going to sue for as many violations as possible!!!!!!!

Stupid people , a dumb recording. Seems as though you would have a person trying to collect a debt that actual speaks and ask questions.

They call me every day 2 times and ask for beback and when I say There is no body in this number and pls dont call me they still call me and irritate me and ask me questions about other person called beback. Please guide me or help me

This company has called many times and asked for someone that has a name similar to mine. My wife and I always tell them the nobody by that name has ever lived here but they continue calling and calling.

I lost my temper tonight when they called. Now I have submitted a complaint on the National Do Not Call List and also with the FCC. The FCC has a form, 1088d, that allows you to submit a complaint against them for "abandoned calls". This company has called many times with only a recording and no live person. I think they do that to learn who is answering so they can follow up with a harrassing call. The are very rude and they don't even know who they are calling.

They called several times without leaving a message. Finally I called back and they said they were looking for Bruce Macey. I never heard of this person and told them so, and they said they would remove me from their call list. I wonder if this is some kind of scam, though. Why would they be calling my number asking for a completely different person?

I have no idea why they keep calling.  I'm getting these calls at home and on my cell phone from 8 am untils 9 pm ... at least once a day for the past two weeks.  No message is left and if you answer the phone, they just hang up.  I wish something could be done to stop these idiots!

These guys are annoying some lady name "Candice Wright" keep calling me every single day. They have the nerve to call my boss and start saying "I HAVE A TIME SENSITIVE INFORMATION FOR YOUR EMPLOYEE" . I tell them to stop calling me and my work but they still call every day. They are going to get me fired.  Anyways After 2 weeks of candice's phone assault I decided to call her back.... She started demanding that i pay 400 dollars a month on some old AZZ student loan. I WORK MINIMUM WAGE... I have no car, and no savings.... I live pay check to pay check... I told her this but she is a well trained DOG.... she just keeps at it...  I found some information on some website made by a former collector and he talks about everything... Alll the nAsty tactics these collection agencies employ..... READ ABOUT YOUR OPTIONS... it turned out my payments were as low as 100 dollars a month.... THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY.... PEOPLE YOU NEED TO BE INFORMED.... My blessings go out to you... Honest, hard working americans that are struggling....

same here, though I did call and hangup a few times on it, to see how they like being called and hangup on!

The person that answered mine sound like a black lady, now I have voice message on my phone stating that if your calling for so n so that it aint me, and that this number belong to me, cuzz I dont owe anyone anything or whatever and that anyone else calling can leave me a message and get back with them, not that long but yea.

The call saying for janet Andrews and no one is called that here. Once they called for pet adoption. The must be people calling random numbers and annoying people

I received a call at 5:10AM today from the above number and no one spoke when i sleepily answered the phone.

I get calls from this number, never answer them. Very annoying
