In NH can call up to 3 times a day with out leaving a voice mail. After voicemail is left it's a mandatory 3 day wait before able to call again but the company in question calls every 5 days

I am not sure what is going on with this mess. I have tried to call about 6 times but always get a recorded message to leave a message. no one ever returns my call though...

Called my cellphone about an collection- I have none  - trying to get me to provide information --when I refused to verify any data she just answered the calls will then continued.  Extremely rude lady and will not answer any of my questions about the "supposed" unpaid bill

Benuck & Rainey is your typical, old school collection agency that uses threats and breaks many laws to get money out of consumers. Nancy, Matt, and Sara Rainey as a family work together to try and scam everyone out of their money and treat their employees like garbage.

They will not send information that shows debt. I believe the number is wrong.
