Repeated phone calls to my cell phone about my fitness club membership.  Called them back today because I was bored, pointed out that I have a heart condition that precludes strenuous exercise, and that, in any case, the most exercise I get is to walk from the couch to the fridge to get a beer.  This is allegedly for Platinum Fitness in Tuscon, AZ.  I have never been to the state of Arizona in my life - why would I go to a gym there?  Told them to lose my number, which they said they would do if I verified my address for them.  How stupid do they think I am?

This company keeps calling telling me I owe money on my gym membership but I've spoken with the gym and they state I'm all payed up. This company is fraudulent and I wouldn't give them any information at all. Take it to your gym and if they state all is well report them to the BBB.

It is a Scam! They are inquiry about your credit card info, Report them!

This # 888-827-9262 keeps calling my cell phone!! I have a gym membership at Anytime Gym & my membership fee is paid every month & I'm current on my payments.
I believe ABC Finance is trying to get more info from me  so they can use my credit card#. Trust no one! Talk to the manager at the gym & get it fix, I'm mad at the gym because my personal information was leak somewhere, I sign a private policy form but a lot good it did me since these people still call me!
Frustrated & I can't wait to hear the explanation from the gym manager!

I received a call today from them. They asked for my older sister? I don't believe my sister even goes to a gym. I'm not too sure what this is all about...

I've received a call from these guys for the last three days straight but I am always working so I can't answer it and they never leave a voicemail. I don't go to any gyms so I don't know why they would call me but I'll have to try and answer it next time.

It is ABC financial, No gyms use it! They are just saying that. If you were smart, you would just check with your gym directly, if you even have one. CASE CLOSED.

BOA credit cards are being sent to ABC financial... it may not have anything to do with a gym membership.

ABC Financial a bill or renew reminder for a gym membership, this is a robocall.   My credit card expired and this is a friendly reminder.   I went to my gym and updated my cc on file. No scam no BS!

I paid first and last month, no contract, no recurring payments. This was made very clear when I signed up with Vision Quest.

Thus, I am paid through April 16. However, on March 1, I began receiving daily calls from ABC Financial talking about my gym membership. I never answered the call even once, but they continue calling every day. I used call blockers and blocked their number, but they somehow called my home phone *and* my Skype phone *and* my Google Voice number!!

So even though I am current with my payment and not supposed to have recurring payments, (I paid with cash), Vision Quest still attempted to charge my canceled credit card on March 1, and when it did not go through (because of course it is canceled and I am current with payments), they **immediately** sent me to collections with ABC Collections!!! Even though I don't even owe any money!!!

This is complete bull [***], and Vision Quest Fitness is a really [***] scummy company for pulling this bull [***]!! Good thing I gave them my canceled card number!! Otherwise they would be robbing me left and right!!!!

Vision Quest Fitness is a bunch of scam [***]!!! They may have given me $20/month membership, but is it really worth this bull [***]?? I told them, if I get one more call from the ABC company that I will cancel the membership for good and go with another gym.

This "company" is an absolute joke. I ignored the calls the first MONTH or so that I was getting them (I receive spam calls all the time despite being on the do not call list), only to find out that they are affiliated with my gym. I would like to know who in their right mind would think this is a legitimate service right away. They call and immediately ask you to enter your credit card number. I cancelled my membership with the gym and they continue to call. It blows my mind that legitimate services would affiliate themselves with these scumbags. I will NEVER use any service who handles their "billing information" through this "company". Way too sketchy. Also very unprofessional customer service. Really pathetic.
