I have received messages I have gone over my usage when it was impossible as I had just started a new month's data.  I was not even home to use my computer, and my usage showed almost all for the month.  Impossible!!  I chatted with one of your reps Dec. 21. and asked if she could help me, and we decided to change my usage for the month.  She responded it would be changed that day.  However, I still am getting alerts that I have gone over my usage!  Please help me get this straightened out!!!

I received several texts stating that order was being shipped. Then that order had been delivered to me, showing date and time. Nothing was delivered and I hadn't ordered anything from anyone!

The  Problem is with Verizon.   Apparently they are out sourcing via Turkey.  If you get a message through the Turkey Phone number.   Contact the company and tell them with the unknown password change.  You computer or cell phone could be infected with a verious.    Get a good anti virus program placed on your phone.  Under any phone calls you may get.  Do not tell them you bank or credit card information unless you made the call.  Phone calls from the state of Virginia,  Texas ect have been making phone calls using some one else phone number as their Id.  They are trying to get your information and make charges to your account.
