txt message on my cell did not call

couldnt udnerstand anything someone knocks on a door and asks for a cab number sounds like heavy breathing

Got a call from this number on Monday, left a message on my cell (Tmobile, and I was in class at the time). When I listened to my voicemail it was a ten-second message of creepy whispering, maybe in another language, and the sound of numbers being dialed/other strange noises in the background. so... fraud? Telemarketer or someone from another country?

Recorded message left from "Ally" at National Health Insurance talking about a service they provide to find you the health insurance that you are looking for.

said nothing... just heavy breathing

Please people don't answer this type of phone calls .. these are biggest scam going on. they will get your personal info offering chip health insurance. please don't answer any questions or provide your personal info.. please people awake up and fight against this scammer. bring them on road for punishment. stupid

It's simple.  Never open, listen to, or reply to anything not familiar or you are not expecting,  such as a call back from a company you called and are awaiting response., etc.  Otherwise,  ignore it all.  :-)

Missed the call left a message 1:14 seconds long pre recorded message from Ally selling health coverage.

Health care scams. F, Ally. Two voicemail messages. I'm with T-Mobile network. And go on pornhub site with my phone..   so I'm positive, it from pornhub and sex sites.....online diseases!

Same thing on my phone today. Of course they got no return call from me. Probably originating out of China, India or (gasp!) Nigeria. I don't know anyone by the name "Ally" nor do am I looking for "health insurance." There's no company I've ever dealt with named National Health Insurance. So they've wasted their time with several of us! Thanks for sharing your experience. Lets me know I'm not crazy!

Just get the call today. offer the security insurance for house property.

I got a voicemail message from my boyfriend today and he obviously butt dialed  me bcuz all I heard was his voice saying "dam phone" and a woman in the background laughing as if she just saw him naked! Wen I got the message header info it said the time was today at 433pm and the number he called from was 900-999-9999.!! And from Ukraine as the country. wich is odd bcuz I've nvr had that happen, the country code given as apart of the info from the incoming caller details, the cheating boyfriend is nothing new. he has a sex addiction and purchased an online bride from Ukraine and lost his job bcuz he took so much time off work to go there to pay her family to bring her back. scams like this get people into serious trouble with the law and destroy career s and families. So there's obviously si sneaky cheaters that can buy the fake #s to harass or keep up their fake lifestyles. No good comes from the no-good!!

Can't be a legit number, so blocked this number. Also added to the do not call me listing.

Scam robo-call to my cell phone offering a "free wireless security system" for my home and told to call 425-312-7268 to speak to a home security specialist (i.e., The Grifter who will pull the con). The name of the company isn't even mentioned and I find no legitimate company with that number after searching online. Blocked!

Got a voice mail from this number promoting wireless home security system.  Ask me call back a (245)xxx-xxxx number but the message could not be replayed anymore with a empty box.

I got the same 10 second message to and is was a woman speaking and is was creepy so I deleted all of them

Steve returning my call about i can insurance...never called a steve and the call back number 800-425-5750 goes to idiots trying to get info to sell insurance

Received voicemail regarding student loan eligibility to receive a lower rate or forgiveness. Did not give a company name just number (410) 514-2414.

Received a call from this number on 10/13/2016 it went to my voicemail because I was at work. When I checked my voicemail it was a recorded message saying this was a last attempt to contact me regarding a Student Loan, which I do not have. They wanted me to return the call to this number 410-514-2414 to speak to a representative. I didn't and won't call. My T-Mobile name ID gave the name below as where the call originated from.

Left a 53 second voice mail of just background noise and heavy breathing. The first time I listened to it I wasn't really paying attention until I realized nothing was said so I replayed it and that's when I discovered that id was just the backgroud noise and heavy breathing, it was very creepy.
