I receive the call on Sunday at 1:15 pm and is totally a scam. They leave a message in my voice mail because I don’t answer the call and the message says Hi I am Jessica Banner from the processing Department of student loans and I’m calling because I have fantastic news about a significant g change on the payment new rules and regulations on federal student loans payment option that help you and benefit you this is very important my contact phone number is (949)447-5846 and she reminds me in the message that I need to give a reference number that she leave in the message when I call her back tell that’s number. But when I search her contact number in google I find out this place where I’m right now posting this message for the audience. Beware of scammer and hackers.

This number tried calling today I don’t answer calls I do not know and will never return a call that I do not know especially if they do not leave a message. They told me I had some kind of a student loan problem I’ve never been to school in my life so how can I have a problem

just said this is Jim....please call me

Caller said his name was Jim and to call him back.

Got an urgent voicemail from "ADAM" to call back with his personal # 949-681-9785 about me being eligible for a  forgiveness plan that was not specified. Just block the number and deleted the voicemail because I knew it was a scam.

Keeps calling and only leaving his name. 😡

From prior posts this sounds like a student loan or personal loan scam.  Best to ignore this sort of call.

I received 2 vm messages from this number.  Both messages were from U.S. Energy Alliance stating they will be installing a new solar system in my neighborhood and offered to schedule an appt to give me an estimate for my own solar system.

This phone number keeps calling with no sense things.

I got a call saying they wanted to work with me on a student loan. They left another number for me to call.

No not here sorry .

It called me and left a voice mail saying, "If you again talk real soon..." it sounded like a male voice.

Got a message telling me to call back at 657-667-8157. They are following up on a letter they sent (no such letter sent btw) have my account up and can help me now if I call back. Yeah, right...

They left a message that I deleted. I don't pick up the phone from unknown callers nor do I listen to their voicemails.

I got this call at 9:30 in the morning i was asleep but i have a apple phone and the number was +1-900-999-9999 and the voicemail was “I'm calling from the processing department so sorry if you're busy um I just had some fantastic news due to everything going on right now it looks like there's been some significant changes to your federal student loan repayment options and it's really important so if you give me a call back as soon as possible today um that would be great my direct phone number is 231-244-5072 again that is 231-244-5072 also if you could have your reference”

Student loan scam.  No company identified, but gave call back #850-920-1737

Spam call for federal student loan repayment (I don't have any). They said to call 850-920-1737. I have gotten two voicemails with the same message.
