Received a text from 92466501 saying that I could claim a $1000 prize from a large retailer. Responded back with "STOP".  Appears to be a scam.

Don't no what this is all about.  Is it from a bill collecter with no balls? This is scary & nds 2 have legal actiontaken.

i got a txt message from the # 924-665-01. It said that someone was trying to chat with me via yahoo chat. Their user I.D. was emmcobbinah, the txt said "hey, im going to Wyoming! contact me on Yahoo Messenger. I dont know who the heck it is so I am not going to reply!

I received this as a text and verizon could not help me

It was a SPAM from some one I don't know, advertising his/her website.

Yahoo won't do anything about it, unless we complain?

I am being sent messages from him now, he has a 12 yr old son in s africia and wants me to send him a computer......like that would ever happen. Claims to be in Iraq in the US Army.

this person keeps contacting me via text asking   me if im in a relationship. they will not  identify themselves. it  is deeply concerning me. Any  help in this matter would be apreciated

I got a text from this number saying they were Daelin, a guy I used to know. I responded to the text hoping I was to reconnect with an old friend. I haven't heard back.

Hi. Just wanted everyone to know I had the same problem with this 92466501 number. It means someone from yahoo messenger is sending you a message and somehow got a hold of your phone mobile phone number. There is a way to block all text messages that are sent to your phone threw yahoo messenger.

Yahoo just emailed me the answer and it goes something like this (for those of you who might wanna know)

1. Using your phone, please create a text message containing the
following commands:

block all

2. Send the said command to the number 92466. This will prevent
all Yahoo! users from contacting you through SMS.

was contacted by someone claiming to be rosanny marte.....rosannymarte28@yahoo.com.....she found me on facebook and sent a picture....good lokin girl....pretended to be anyway. figured it out before the scam came....said she was in nigeria doing humanitarian work or training etc......claimed she worked for Derek Childrens Charity Foundation.....searched it up on the internet and could find no exact match......used the same number as everyone else through yahoo messenger......92466501......she claimed to be from Arlington Minnesota.......prior to that butler PA ......I asked if butler was near Pittsburg.....she replied no....Butler is 35 mi north of Pittsburg.....bad diction also gave it away........

Nicolas Harrison, can tell you lots about him, met him on a dating site, attractive guy, nice pictures of him and his son Mike (7). Is a widower and his parents were American and Australian. He apparently has the Australian nationality but when you talk with him there is this strong Spanish accent (because he lived with his aunt in Barcelona). The pictures are real, check out the site romancescam.com. He is already known there, he is on badoo and also on Facebook.  We've had long chats, actually very nice ones and he phones at a certain time in the morning so we can get on line again.............
Unfortunately I was a scan victim only a couple of weeks ago, that was a guy I had actually met and we fell in love. He visited me for a few days and then it all went pearshaped, but looking back, his story was just so good (he is from Serbia, claims to live in Lima, name: Steva Kostadinovic and also goes by Stevo Mihajlovic) BEWARE OF THIS ONE AS WELL, he is also only after money. Claims to work at the IMF.  Nicolas (nickyh1960@yahoo.com) is still talking to me, does not know that I know about his act, but perhaps I can keep him off others while we are talking, at least he's busy while talking with me.

I've been getting emails and text messages from this number and is really scary and annoying. It shows in my phone as, 92466501 bigkitesurfer.

This is a text from a scammer who out my information from match.com be careful goes my Mark Wilson Brown a UN non commissioned solider all is false.

got a text - porn - then another text - will not answer them- im turning my cell over to police. i dont go on facebook- none of those sites so they should be able to have yahoo release info. i have never had a yahoo acct

This is what Morris Loman e-mailed me, calling himself "Kelly" in hopes of me sending me to him in Nigeria.  "Kelly" said she was a student there getting a Masters in Art & only have 3 more wks. in Nigeria before I would hear here voice from the phone number 924-665-01.  This was the following message:

I am getting texts from this number also, wanting to buy my iPad. He/she got my number from Craig's list. Figures, first time I trusted using it.  Oh. Now he/she just texted me, "i have been victim of scam my slef thats why i am being careful."  Right. I told him he's all over the internet.  Now he writes, "so the iphone is still available?"  It's an iPad buddy!  By the way, they are from a yahoo account.
