This is the "Gotcha" scam, also called 919 scam, Nigeria.  They're in US, Nigeria, Europe.  They're on MANY dating sites.  Pose as Petroleum Engineers.  MO same....usually around 58, widowed, wife died of cancer or car accident; 1 daughter.  They steel photos from online photo galleries.  They are very black men, could be woman, but they pose as any gender.  Google    Nigerian scam on dating sites.  Their profiles are very similar.  DO NOT MEET THEM OR SEND $$$$$$$$$$$.

Police say do not text or email anybody who give address here.  It is probably the Nigerians.  This is another way they get your email address.  Most of these scumbags are in 20-30's, well educated, but speak very poor English.  They will spell labor LABOUR.  Because is COS.  I'm is AM.  They all do it.  English is the official language in Nigeria, but they do not have a good grasp of English.  They also do not understand American slang!!!!!  On dating sites, they send very romantic messages to both men and women.  Lonely people get hooked.  They always are in a $$$$ jam.  Don't believe that a person falls in love with a photo on a monitor and wants to marry you within a few days.  You'll notice while messaging, they will be gone for 20-30 min. and come back.  THEY ARE CHATTING WITH MANY OTHER MEN AND WOMEN.

received an email from someone named Robert Smith offering me work for 200 dollars as 'mystery shopper' where i'd go into stores and interact with the employees and such. Googled the email address.. robertsmith2112@aol.com and it lead me here. The job id is Job 1319672963 DONT CONTACT HIM. He wants your name address phone number birthday and email. But why would he want my email when clearly he has it SINCE HE EMAILED me. Don't trust this person or give him your information.

I am a Quebec PEAR that chatt with this man for 2 months now. English father, Italian mother, he reside in Florida and make road projects. It would currently be Ghans, in Africa. I have sent to him money, but he always asks.He called in Ghana, called with a number of Florida. Meet on a dating website match.com and called Kells White. I saw her photo and webcam. It is white, has white hair, a man of about 55 years. However the voice which I heard is a voice of black. He sent me his passport (probably crafted) whitekells13@yahoo.com. It me text also currently with this e-mail.

I tried to sell something on craigslist and was texted by this number. 82 texts in ten hours. Saying he loves me. Hes never met me. Says hes 35 and a surgery doctor from Washington. Got my info on facebook. Now he wont leave me alone. Said he needed a tracking number in order for the payment to post in my paypal account. BEWARE!!!!

Lena this guy is still playing his scam game he just contacted me this week and is using the same story on me that he used with you my daughter  checked his email address out and I found your post. I also would like to expose him for what hes doing I would to know if you had any luck with getting the FBI involved please get back to me and let me know what I can do to help caught him.

I was contacted by this number on dating site. She goes by Sandra Naccy and Sandra Fiallos. Very persistent. She started in New York and now is in Lagos. Nothing she has sent has returned any results in searches until now with the number.

I had the same thing happen to me.......He also asked me to cancel my profile on match and asked if I wanted him to do it for me!  a co-worker and I found him on a dating scam site! So people listen to these stories and "DO NOT" give them any information!  I called the guy out and haven't heard a word back! This is just awful that they prey on people and their feelings! Rotten I tell ya!

If you get any messages from someone named : Richard Walker.........run it's a scam and he is on alot of dating sites!  They fill you with words you want to hear and fall in love with you way to fast.  He said he had a 10 yr old kid and his wife cheated on him.  He asked me if I wanted him to delete my match.com profile......um NOPE!  He kept asking me if I had deleted it and that was the second red flag!  Be very careful who you meet on the dating sites!  What a bunch of dirty rotten people!

I get msgs from this # saying hes in the army, he has a 10yr.old daughter,hes divorced and his Mom is dying with cancer in the UK., says he was raised here and in Uk. Asks for money to send to hospital for Mom's treatmemt. Says his wife cheated on him while in the army in Iraq . Starts talking about how fortunate he is to have found me, says he loves me after just a very short time. Has a wierd speech pattern in his writing.

Yep, know all about this one, a real scammer, same profile. Says hes in the army in Iraq, wife cheated on him, divorced,has a 10yr old daughter who lives with his Mom who is dying of cancer and needs money for treatments. Falls in love like in a day. Uses weird speech pattern, says "am" here instead of I'm, "same as me too", uses"babe" constantly.

Someone claiming to be a sgt. in the army now in Iraq. Says wife cheated on him, divorced 5 years,one 10 yr. old daughter living in the Uk with his Mom who is dying with cancer. Has strange sleep pattern,use phrases such as "am" instead of Iam, "coz" instead of because, uses "sweetie and Babe constantly. After he thinks he has you, he starts talking about how "mean so much to his life" and you have brought him "many gratifications" , then starts saying he's very worried about his Mom and he cant get leave to go to Uk to get his daughter, his Mom he says is in hospital dying and he has to come up with money or they wont operate on her for cancer. always asking if you doubt his love or sincerity. Says very odd sentences with strange spelling. Beware He will not tell you what his company name is. if you ask something he will suddenly say "brb", then be gone for long time then comes back and says he got "boosted" off. Very strange.

Got the same msg except he says he has a 10year old daughter in the uk, says his Momis dying and he cant get leave from the Army to go get his daughter and needs money to pay a "housemaid".

Update on this girl. I have found several pics she sent under different names. It appears she has been at this for several years. The names she is using appear to be new. Be careful
