I've received a few messages from this number on my answering machine.  They won't name specifically who they want to talk to, but keep saying that it's "imperative that you call us back immediately".  I haven't called them back yet to find out who and what they want, and after reading the info on this page, I won't.  Has someone yet figured out exactly who they are?

I got a message on my phone saying the samething you all are saying so i called back to find out they told me i owe usbank 1700 dollars i went to usbank they told me i dont owe them jack shiets...and so i came home and called them again and told them i wanna make payments, LOL immediately they want my bank infos and howi have to pay a lumsum up front and it will be all covered i wont owe usbank anything....my reply to them when they asked for my info was " kiss my [***] and they will be getting a called from Homeland Security and they hung up with the quickness.....dont give them [***] or anything....when they call u hit REJECT...lol SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM HUNGRY FOR HARD WORKING PEOPLE:-P

I've received calls from 949 797 7114, 949 797 7108 and 949 797 7100.  They are asking for someone I've never heard from.  I have no debt, have never had any debt.  Is there any harm calling them to tell them they have the wrong person?    Sounds like the same calls you all have received - saying it's imperative to call back today.

So I thought I would try to call to see if they would take my name off the list.  I was very polite and the guy I called was as well.  I called 949 797 7108.  I told them they had the wrong name with my number, and he said they would take my number out of their system.  We'll see if it works.

This has got to be a total sham. I received numerous calls from Thomas Porter. I was a bit suspicious when the never identified themselves properly. The were rude, bullying me to try and get my debit card number, threatened to put a lien on my home & vehicles and so much more. I have NEVER dealt with anyone so rude! I finally told them to shut up and quit calling.

Do you know a Michell Schaupp. This woman was our sons wife and he dievorsed her over 20 years ago.They still keep calling and its hard to get rid of them.

The address lists several other business listed in the same building. The street view shows a tanning bed , an unnamed law office, a computer store (probably the best place for info).

every time they call, call a neighbor. It will make you feel good.

A few years ago I had the same problem with another vulture, after about a week of calling neighbors I heard they moved, haven't heard from them since.

He says his name is Justin and he is harassing me. Stating where I work, and that it is a very important call. He will not tell me more, and blows my phone up. I was just yelled at again.

legally debt collection agencies cant tell you why they are calling unless you are the actual debtor. They shouldnt be harassing you, but if they say you owe money, you do & you also need to get your facts straight. It can be such a hastle to pay off as it continues to build interest :( handle the bill=no more annoying calls

This call was from some company calling themselves International compliance investigators...must be going by a new name now other than Atlas Recovery. they tell you owe some loan debt and want your credit card. But of course when asked to provide written debt verification, they can't do it because claim is bogus. DO NOT give them your account information. Demand a written validation of debt...they have 5 days to provide that. I have reported them to Federal Trade Commission, ORange county BBB and my local law enforcement and my state attorney general.

I have been getting these calls about a payday loan that I supposedly have never paid back.  The guy calls himself Richard Lopez from ICI, and I can either settle the debt with him over the phone now with a credit card, or they will send a subpoena to my place of employment stating that I have to appear in court in California.  

Everything about this screams scam because he cannot provide any details, but yet he knows everything about me, which is not hard considering facebook, twitter, and other sites.  What is really pissing me off is that he is bothering me at work now.

How about a class action suit? These guys have been harassing me as well, even called my boss insinuating I owe them money. When they first started calling me a couple of months ago, I tried to find out what money they think i owe, but they refused to give me any info, just said if I didn't pay this huge amount of money immediately they were garnishing my wages. I asked for something in writing and they refused to provide it.

This number keeps calling my fiance's house and they say its important to speak with him. They claim to be Atlas and Associates debt collection agency but something seemed extremely fishy about them. They left the name Javier Velasco and to call back at 949-797-7102. They even left a reference number. The one day we answered the phone because they would call the house at all hours of the day. They wouldn't tell us what the debt was for nor would you even really understand them. (heavy accent.) He told them he wouldn't give them anything and to send him paper work in the mail. He actually got a letter from them a few days latter and the letter looked like something I could have typed up myself and printed at home. The letter head looked copied and was all in black and white. It wasn't even clear. All the letter said it he owed them so much money and didn't explain why. Then later that day they called my work looking for me to find him. I have no idea how they got my name and work information. We don't live together nor are we married or have a mutual bank account. Extremely fishy. It is scary that they managed to find my name and work information and called harassing me at my job looking for my fiance. Like I said we have no mutual anything and don't even live in the same house. I am going to report them as scams. I just wish I new how to get them to stop calling me.
