Yeah same here had me shook but while talkin made no sense who the hell is gettin arrested for not payin a loan and for $1000 I didn't even get! FOH

I just got a call form a number at 951-223-6693 stating that I have 3 criminal charges pending against me and to callthis number to get it resolved.  They called my work!

Called and said that they were doing some kind of medical survey asking if I ever took birth control

I got the same message...something about legal charges and that my atty needs to call them...

I called this number back and the person on the phone shouted obscenities at me for not telling them my name.

They also called me today stating i had fraud charges against me because of a cash advance

they just called me and I contacted the police. The officer told me that if they call again as soon as you hang up dial *57. This will trap the call. they preffer the number get trapped 3 times. Then they can get a subpoena and help stop them.And prevent others from getting scammed by this person.

I had the same thing as all of you about 3 charges against me do I have a Lawer. Called me at my job n I work in a bank!! They said I had loan n check something but couldn't tell me what I was being charged for what, when, why how ect!! JUST HANG UP ALL LIES AND REALLY NASTY JUST GO TO YOUR LOICAL POLICE AND FILE CHAGRES AGAINST THEM. I have a # they called from n names( that's what banks do take names numbers ect.!!! So get to them b4 they can do something to you bad.
Wish me luck tomorrow with the police I hope they catch these people n leave us alone!

The number 9152236693 keeps calling saying they are going to keep to take legal action of I or my layer don't respond but I have yet to get a loan from any company....

I also got a call from this number his name Michael Jonhson a Man claiming to be California Us attorney it's a scam

Same idiot that used to call me months ago is back, now his name as I understood is "Mike Miller" (?) but it could be anything, his accent is horrible, he is probably calling from some filthy alley in Kathmandu or somewhere in India, I recognized his voice. Now he wants me to call back and not ignore the call, otherwise all he can do is "wish me luck for what will unfold on me" (that is what is sounded like. I have never before answered his calls, and he is welcome to come to "arrest" me any time, he is in for a nasty surprise. I believe these [***] get the info from valid accounts, who knows. Phone number listed as from Hometown, CA, but these people use numbers in the States but call from outside the country. This guy has claimed to be an Investigator for the government,, an attorney, a cop, he is a joke.

I have dealt with a similar company that using a legit attorneys name and info without his knowledge- needless to day he sued the Hell out of them and put them out of business.

Heavily accented overseas caller ask for former employee. Very dense. Does not understand "Does not work here." Keeps pressing they must speak to this person. Hello? They aren't here!

You know, there needs to be a "criminal scammer" option in the "Caller Type" box.

I've been receiving a voice mail from this " marc Juarez?" I called them back and told me about also the fraud and charging. They said about the courthouse and legal action. I'm having a hard time understanding this guy. Pissed me off. I told them I don't know what they talking about because I didn't  received any money from anybody.
They keep on harassing me and pissed me off.
What do we need to stop them.

I received a call from 951-223-6693 at 9:00 am on a Saturday morning they left a voice mail for me to call a Mr Williams. I called the number back and was told that I needed to listen and not interrupt, so I left him talk and then told him I was recording the call, that it was a scam and not to contact me again as I would not hesitate to contact the Attorney General's office and the FBI because I have reported these types of scams before. He told me to what I need to do. Then I got to work at my part time job and found out a Mr Watson had called there and was very forceful in asking to speak with me and left the same phone number and told the operator it was very urgent. They said they were calling from Cash Advance USA regarding a pay day loan and I have 3 judgements against me. Fraud, theft my deception, and bad check. He didn't give me any other information, and made it sound like he was opening an envelope. We will see if they call again. Thank GOD for "call reject" on my cell phone.

Indian man called 3 times when I told him the cops were in had been contacted he hung up!! Called back on 916 534-8727 same person I  told him the same thing he hung up..

these guy had the balls to call me repeatedly saying that I had fraud charges against me. bunch of crap... no charges AT ALL.  I called them back and address them on their lie and told them never to call me again.
