I just recived my phone 3 days ago and so far I got 3 calls from this number
each time they do not answer me if I answer and will not leave message if I do not answer Sign up at donotcall.gov after 31 days you can file a complaint.

i received 2 calls, i answered 1 then just let the other one go to voicemail.

Important info to those concern about this caller: I have recently relized this number is located in my cell phone under my missed call log repeaditly! It is annoying and a action need to be taken to this number a.s.a.p. This caller has no certain hour to call or no valid reason! This is to show people and let us beaware of how strange people or cranksters or company's can steal or buy your information. So be alert: DONT ANSWER! Why? Your not sure if this person or persons can tap into your cell phones information or obtain cell phone account holders info! ALSO be careful who you give your info to and make sure you only give your personal information to consumers that are a members of the better business bureau so it could be reported! THIS MAY BE A BIG HELP TO THOSE WHO NEED IT! IF YOU HAVE A UPDATED CELL PHONE YOU SHOULD HAVE A CALL REJECT LIST APPLY THAT NUMBER TO THAT AND IT WILL GO STRAIGHT TO YOUR VIOCEMAIL WITHOUT BOTHERING YOU OR YOUR FAMILY. IF YOU CANT LOCATE THIS, CHECK YOUR CELL PHONE MANUAL FOR REJECTING CALLS! IF THEY ARE CALLING YOUR LAND LINE, THEN JUST BLOCK THE NUMBER BY USING *67 OR WHATEVER YOUR BLOCK CALLER NUMBER WOULD BE.  OR CHECK WITH YOUR LANDLINE COMPANY! I HOPE THIS HAS BEEN SOME USEFUL INFO TO HELP A LITTLE FROM THIS ANNOYING CALLER!

I've received a number of calls from the above-mentioned phone number. Each time I would answer the call, there was no reply on the other end.  I would like to be removed from this call list.

This number called me 5 times in one day!!!  Didn't pick up, but I called it back and it was busy!!  This has been happening recently from a lot of different numbers.

This is a scam and I want someone to do something about it,so they will quit calling people.

I received a call from 954-671-6946 on 1-22-09 telling me I had won a $1000.00 online shopping spree...and they needed me to get online and spend a $1000.00 now on whatever I wanted/needed!  I just hung up!!!!

Recieved a call from this number - no message. I've been getting a lot of random calls from all over the coutry (USA) in the last week. Other numbers researched link to Davids Bridal selling off info. All involve sweepstakes.

I received a call from this number and didn't answer yesterday I received two calls from 402-952-4444 that I didn't answer. One call from 239-603-7238 that told me I had won $1,000,000 through National Readers Survey and One cal from a RESRTICTED number on caller ID that told me I had won $1,000,000 through a survey my bank entered me in and wanted to know which credit card I used most often. My munber made it to somebody's scam list.

Very intersesting about David's Bridal - I just registered on their website last month. I'm going to make a complaint with them.

4 calls just in 3 hours.

I'm getting calls from this number too - I'm not answering the calls.

I've gotten numerous calls from these people the past few days and also from an 888 number. THe other day they called and said i was in the running for a million dollar cash prize but they wanted to know who might have "sponsored" me for this prize--visa, master card, american express or discover? Don't tell them anything!!! I said I have no idea (playing stupid) and she went one to ask me for all my credit card info. I don't think so lady! They will also call and then if i don't pick up they call again with a "restricted" number.

I recently signed up on the David's Bridal website so I'm sure that's where this all started from. I'll definitely be de-registering from their website and hopefully these stupid calls will stop!

called a few times now, at 5:30 in the morning!

Started getting calls from this number a few days ago ... every couple of hours ... they never leave a message ... I finally answered today after viewing the comments on this site yesterday ... I asked why they never left a message and what they wanted ... I was admittedly rude, and the woman responded similarly ... I told them to take me off of their list, which I should never have been on in the first place since I'm on the "do not call" list ... I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau site (where they rated a "B-" for their customer service!), and I attempted to submit a complaint against them, but the BBB website encountered a problem so I will try again later ... maybe others should do the same ...

There is apparently something more evil here than we have ever encountered before... very diabolical and nefarious... Be afraid, be very afraid.

I got 2 calls from this number today as well.  My caller ID shows it's a number from Florida. After reading the reviews.. i am not answering this call!
