These idiots keep calling me. I do have a bill and have been paying consistently.  As long as you are faithful with your medical bills whatever the amount you are paying, these idiots cannot touch you - be they a legal firm (which they are not) or a collection agency, which most likely they are.  The law cannot charge you interest for a medical bill for an outstanding med bill which you are paying.

Remember folks, these idiots are just that..idiots.  Somehow they're getting paid to do the devil's work.  They probably couldn't get hired at Lowe's or Home Depot so they aggravate real working people.

On your contacts list them as Do Not Answer and when they call.....don't answer.

This number has been calling me, they claim that they are a collections agency from a Medcare Ambulance Service.  I tell them that they need to send me a bill and that my car insurance will cover the bill.  They have yet to send me a collections bill so I just disregarded this phone call.  The have been harassing me and my insurance company and this needs to stop.  The lady's name is Victoria and she claims shes with the office of Preston Powers and Stone she just called and yelled at me and she said to google the information of the ambulance Service, and i told her well dont you have that information and she started yelling so i just hung up

Well shameful to say they are idiots when all they are trying to do is help you get rid of your bill so noone will call you for years. These idiots as you say do not owe this bill. These idiots pay their bills. so now you tell me who is the idiot. If you owe man up and pay up. services are not free. If you owe you're going to get called by someone. So why get upset if you didn't owe you wldnt be upset. If you didnt get your payroll or payment for something that is owed to you would you feel this way? it's the same thing you owe someone money so payup and sure list them on do not answer but there are ways  to locate you. I've been through it. I'm paying on a 2003 debt and the calls have stopped. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD!!!!!!!!!!1

Just a piece of advice. A collection agency will never send statement or bills. That's who they are COLLECTIONS not billing. By the time your are in collections the companys have already sent you many many statements and didnt take care of it with them so now you want a bill. they are not billing and they are not in the same location. I work collections but I dont work the easy way as making pymt arrangements. Im after the full amount. that's how everyone works. These guys are the lenient one's. they take pymts. that's nonesense. that opportunity was already given to you by the actual company you didnt take it and now you want a bill. Call the company and pay these guys or the compay. but pay your bill. stop asking for a bill when it was already provided to you. Stop stalling the payment. you already did it once to many times. Maria pay your bills as soon as you get them and than it wouldn't be in collections. A collection agency will never send you a bill but will provide you with documentation that it paid.

They have called me several times and harassed me about $40 I owe to a doctor of mine that is actually no longer alive. When I told her I googled their office and found out some interesting info, she said, "well, people who don't pay their bills wound say that." Seriously?? She knows nothing about me. I never paid the doctor because I felt very uncomfortable around him. These people are evil. They present themselves as lawyers, practically threaten you and they are nothing but a third party collection agency.

Do not pay them. they are a fraud. seriously.  If you owe money, work directly with the ambulance service.  

Legitimate collection agencies always send notification letters, so you may dispute the charges if you don't agree with them.   Then they'll send you proof that you owe the money.

I used to work for a company called Fletcher, Goldmen, & Ross.  It is run by a guy called Travis Dubcak who "used" to work for PPS.  Based on the info in this website, it appears he used the name, "Travis Powers" at PPS.  He claimed he left because they were not paying people and he didn't want to be involve in that.  It was B.S.  If you check corporationwiki you'll see he was the one the registered the company, and is co-director of two phantom companies recently created.

The more you research these people, you'll see they run a scam network.  They register several companies in advance, so they continue to operate under new legal names once their current name is burned.  Since they register LLCs, they are not personally liable for any debt left behind.

I only worked there two weeks, but it was enough to see it was not a legitimate collections agency.  I was given a list of clients who fired PPS, and I heard pretty disturbing stories of people who didn't get their money after PPS collected for them.

Travis is now pretending to be Jay Fletcher, but there is no one with that name in the company, nor is there anyone named Goldmen or Ross.  They just name their companies like that to pretend they are law firms.  

Travis Dubcak and Fletcher, Goldmen, & Ross are currently in collections at the Texas workforce, because he pretended my paycheck got lost in the mail to not pay me.  I know there is at least one more girl who was hired for the same sales position I was at, and also did not get paid.

I was not in charge of calling people to collect, but I overheard a collections women impersonating personnel from the law office of the building where they were renting the office space, which is borderline illegal... specially because she threatened to sue people without having the intention or ability to do so.  It is against federal law for a collection agency to threatened to sue without really intending to do so.

DO NOT fall into their trap.  If you pay them, and they keep the money, you will still owe the balance, because there wont be any record of you paying.  They'll just claim the system crashed like they said before.

Still cooling down from these jacks$$', they called me on an ambulance bill from MedCare EMS where my daughter had been transported 6 months ago and the bill taken care of 1st a girl called playing the law firm gig andsome how knew better, the bill was $904,00 and they were willing to wave the over $400,00 penalities and intrest if I would give them bank info for draft payments, I told her she was out of line chargeing almost 50% I requested a bill be sent with breakdown she got ugly and said i could come by and pick one up she gave me an address of 3120 point center, edinburg Texas, which is just behind DHR hospital, I happen to be 3 mins away, they were quite supprised when I walked in front door, a little excuse of a man named Tony Moore, handed me a letter of amount of $1310.08 I requested a breakdown of his charges and he refused, I made a page of notes and he tried getting sassy I ask him if he went to lunch and ordered a $10 meal and then went to pay and it was $20 would you not want to know why? He walked away this is a shady company and worse people , I will be filing complaints with the state and I would encourage yall to do same,
