My mom got this call but because she deaf I handle all her phone calls. Well the first three times we got this call I was already on the phone with a lawyer. So when I listened the voice mail it was a lady named Jessica Angel who had a thick Asian accent. She gave the same stuff everyone else has already stated. I've been waiting for her to call back so i can ramble in Spanish. 6 years of Spanish classes might finally pay off.

we get these calls on occassion. talked to my brother, (FBI agent). Its a scam.running out of the UK.

i had the 0000 number call today too. i answered it and the guy claims that i will go to court tomorrow because supposedly that i owed them 450$ and that i did some kind of fraud with a check , i checked with my bank to see if there was ever any deposit of 450$ , no trace , im glad that im not the only one, told the guy to f*** him self! dont give them any information!! possiblity is that your email got hacked! i registered on the DNC ,

I got the same message and you can tell they are from India.  I hung up and they keep calling and calling.  It is a scam because I am not nor ever been in any trouble with the law.

been getting calls for several months...different numbers..man or woman...man claims to be Raymond Russo or some other name....claims I took out a payday loan...cant because they are not allowed in my state for starters...check other numbers they call ffrom..its a scam nothing more. I accused Mr Russo of being a theif and hung up on him hadnt heard any more until today when some woman called..Indian accent same crap..ignore these work challenged morons

I got a call today saying there was something wrong with my computer and told them i havent got one and went to tell them its scam but they put the phone down on me . these people are scams

they keep calling me non stop. i was in tears b/c they knew my sister and grandmother's name that i "referenced" on this so called loan! i've never taken a loan out in my life. maybe i need to change my number. i'm relieved to hear i'm not the only one b/c i was so confused!!

I have had a few calls from both 0000 and 00 and when I answer they hang up.  I just hope it is not one of these numbers that when you answere they are rigged to charge you an very large sum of money

Had call from that number today, hadn't gotten a call like this since about 6 months ago, when they wished me luck and said I'd be doomed if I didn't call back.

I answered and immediately asked for a their number because I said the number that popped up was 0000 he gave me 866.893.8482. He told me to hold and sent me to his manager.  His manager got on the phone saying that there is fraud on my ssn and that I need to pay debt for  a loan, which I have not taken out, he had all of my info,

I told him that I know exactly who he was, he didn't want to let me speak... I told him I knew it that the call was a spam and that he must be stupid if he thinks I'm going to send him any money. he hung up in my face.

I called back to the number the guy gave me and was placed on hold for like 5 minutes but during that time I heard them talking in the back ground

This same guy told me to call him or have my attorney call him and that if I didnt all he could do was wish me luck, but he left that on my voicemail. I answered the next time and use some high profanities towards him telling him to not call my phone and that I would press harrassment charges against him and his company should they call my phone threatening me again. Never called me back after that.

I have been getting these type of phone calls for a long time now.  Different phone numbers but the same middle east accents.  I finally got smart and blocked all incoming calls that were not on my contact list.  They have even been calling my employer and one of them called the woman who answered the phone a [***].  So people BEWARE.  They leave voice mails that I listen to and you can tell that they are reading it off of some paper because different people will call but read off the same thing.  It does get very annoying but blocking these calls helps with the stress level!!!!!!

Everyone that received the call from the Indian man that says its legal matters. It is a scam. He never calls on a real number and if you type the number he gives you to call back into Google or some search engine there are 100's of reports about him. He goes by dozens of names all American, but he has a thick Indian accent, he always impersonates some one of important such as a lawyer or a police officer and if you call him he wont tell you his name or the company you are calling until you give him your phone number. He isn't very intelligent because if you scare him off of one scam he'll call you right back pretending to be another person though its obvious its same same Indian personwith a different Indian name. Its real easy to scare him off just hold your ground and don't let him intimidate you.  It helps if yo a thing or two about law. For I stance he called me a tried to read a subpoena to me over the phone and (invade you aren't aware it is illegal to serve a subpoena over the phone)  and this man claimed to be a lawyer. No way he would do that.

Have got 4 calls from this 0000 and when answering you cannot understand other than the person they are looking for is not anyone I know, told them I had this phone number for over 4 yrs and to quit calling...do not knowhow to stop it tho, with a number like 0000 what can you do, too bad our fine government agencies do not do something about these scam callers and put them in jail or maybe they are already there and working for some other scam from jail.  if anyone can tell me  how to keep them from calling pls.....thanks

I got the same message as "Edward Brown" but they had my name correct.  The message stated that I was being handled for a legal matter. When I called back after several attempts they wanted to know if I would settle this debt now or let it go to court.  I told them that I would contact the company directly. I have no business with the company they stated.  I believe this was a scam.

I got the call too. When you answer it they go on about a legal matter. It is a scam they want you to send them money so that they do not sue you. I have no legal matters. In fact if it was the send you papers in the mail, or it would so on your record. I changed my number the first time they called me from a different number. They also called my work and made a coworker call me early in the morning cause he said it was urgent. They get all offensive when you tell them you are going to sue them or harassment cause I have nothing wrong. just a FWI most of them get your number from Facebook.

I had this same issue for the EXACT same company.  USA Cash Advance does exist, except the caller says they are the company that runs ALL online cash advance sites...YEA RIGHT.  So I called the actual USA Cash Advance companies...there were 2 that I could find, and neither one had any record of me.  These people are so full of it!  They said that they were going to send the New York Sheriff to my door step....I live in Indiana!!

I too have received 2 phone calls from this 0000 number too. Guys name is Alex something and can't hardly understand him. He says the same thing these other notes say and at the end of the call wishes me luck if I or my attorney do not call them immediately, actually he says the SECOND I get the message. Going to call my city attorney's office today.

He is still at it, but today it was my "final" warning message, and if I or my retained attorney don't call the second I get his message all he can do is wish me luck as this legal matter unfolds on me. Bring it on you loser.
