It's a total SCAM. It just sux they have our info (Name,Number, Social)  That is how they try scaring us. Don't fall for it. Just don't answer your phone. They work out of the country i'm guessing. You can't understand them. They are very rude. Yes even ruder that a REAL collector. They cus, they use dirty words, they threaten to have the cops at your door. I changed my number and THANK GOD it stopped........for awhile, but then they started calling at work. Luckily I have a VERY understanding work that has my back on this one. Don't fall for it, and don't let them scare you into giving any money, that only adds fuel to the fire. Once you pay, they will call you again with the same line. Also what's funny is they are so foreign, but have the most American name, lol........

i just had two calls one after the other.  1st was some american girl going off her tits at me and she going to come find me after class.... hmmm. the 2nd was from an indian who i couldnt understand a word at all.  im not going to answer any more calls fromt hat number!

I also received phone calls from these two numbers and it really creeps me out. The first call was about 11pm while the second was.around 2:30am. It was a guy looling for someone I cant barely understand. He stutters and he's telling me that THEY are waiting for me in the UK. I asked his name but didnt understand his reply. I asked where did he get my number and he told me it was thru facebook. I cannot remember any transacts that i did in facebook. Thats why I think its another big scam sindicate. Btw im.from philippines.

I live in Australia and just got three calls in a row (i was trying to sleep....) but did not answer. The number i was called on has never been used in any internet form, but this is not the first scam number to call my house. Just seemed like an odd number to call so i had to research it. Good to know it's a scam - much like i thought it would be.

Any other Australians get the call?

Received call from 0000 just now and silence, then a ding sound followed by a woman's voice, the kind you get for automated services, saying "Goodbye". Very weird.

I just got a call from 00 only, never seen such a short number calling me on mobile. I'm with Vodafone in the UK.

Anyone had 00 only calls before and know what they may be?

Please don't fall for it. It's a scam. If you give them any money just to get them off your back, they will only call you again within the next 6 months and start the harassment again. That's what happened to me. I finally gave in because they kept calling me at home and at work. They were only asking for $250.00. Once I paid the calls stopped, but just a week ago the calls started again. I did get a free consultation from a lawyer and I guess this SCAM is nothing new. The call off a computer and can change they're caller id to make it seem like someone you know so you'll answer it. Like I said they called again about a week ago for two days straight. This time they will not intimidate me. They tell me I will be arrested. They tell me cops will be waiting for me at my home and at work. I will lose everything I have. Yes all that for $250.00. On the third day I told the guy okay im out front in my yard and waiting for the police, where are they? Then I told him I will be leaving soon for work so if the police want to meet me there that's OK too. The guy did not like that. He told me, F&*K you Bit^& and then he hung up. Between me and whoever is reading this now I just laugh at them to there face (over the phone obviously) and it gets them mad. So yeah, once I told them bring it on, I haven't heard from anymore. Hopefully that's the end of it, but if it's not I will just play along with them. They will not get a penny from me. Another thing that is funny about this is you can barely understand him, such a foreign accent, but his name was Jimmy Smith. Please, please don't fall for this and give in.

She tells me I owe a payday loan from 2010. I have had the same bank for 10+ years. Even thou I knew this wasn't true I called my bank to verify. I was right, no outstanding payday loan or even a payday loan that I ever received.  So I told this lady that I can't really understand named Sally Watson this info and she tells me im lying that I never called my bank. She tells me to pay by Monday or I will be served and then she wishes me GOOD LUCK in court, she wishes me the best. I said thank you and I will bring every single bank statement to court with me when it's time to go. She then tells me I will be sorry and once SHE shows up my husband will leave me for her and they will F#&K all night. Now isn't that professional? So anyways needless to say Monday has came and went five times already and I haven't gotten anymore calls.

Have been getting calls from 0000 for weeks now, at least two a day, most days. I have answered one, a lady answered and between the background noise and her thick-accent I couldn't understand her. The call scared me quite a bit as she was talking with great urgency and demanding something from me although I cannot tell what. All calls go to my cell. So sick of it!!!!!!

Just received a call from +000

Saying "couuss member me its me couss on facebook i had a coconut on my dp and i have a bald head"
Then 2 minutes later saying couss ill call again and yet all i can hear is people in the background and the person speaking sound like a male .

This surely pissed me off cause i dont really give my number out to anybody besides family & close friends .
freaked me out cause i didnt recognise the number "weird"

I have had at least 20+ calls from this number in the last week. It's not a debt agency as I owe nothing so who the hell is it. I just get a computer noise or it hangs up so it has to be some computer generated dialling  system. If I ever find out who they are they will get such a telling off. Especially as I am registered with the preference service. That's a joke.

I too got a couple of calls from that number, not any more!
It was a foreign fellow with a rather thick indian accent.
On realising this and recognising this as a scam i told the chap to go away
and reflect on the fact that if it wasn't for the british empire he would be in a hut
waiting his turn for sex with the village goat and not sitting at a computer and
wiping his heathen [***] with velvety tolet roll instead of using his uncle!
After laughing heartily at him i put the phone on to loudspeaker mode and the assembled
company roasted him over the period of half an hour. What fun!

I've gotten at least 5 calls from 000-000-0000 today every 20 minutes followed up by an unknown caller call every 1/2 hour. I won't answer, it's really "F"-ing annoying! WTF?

Called my house looking for Amy Surf-Tide.

Caller had a thick Indian Accent.

**"Surf and Tide" are laundry detergents, so I think the name is fake.**  Caller was ADT Home Security.
