0000

I just had a missed call from "0000". I didn't answer however I have also applied for PayDay loans and it seems to have originated from one of these companies.

It's either that or its one of these automated prank calls.

I got the same call from those people claiming that there is a case against my social security number and that since I didn't respond my case was going to be downloaded and presented in court next week. What an Idiot, they don't even download court cases, plus i really couldn't understand a word he was saying all i could understand was him saying my name. What it is that if you apply for a payday loan but don't actually get the money, whatever site you go to and apply with all you information, it is passed on to these losers and they can easily get your information. What everyone needs to know is that, if there is a court case against you, you should recieve notice from your county's sheriff department to appear in court. Pretty much its a civil issue and it will go to small claims court, in which that company can get a judgement against you. But you must know that there are plenty of crooks out there that get your information call you with it and then threaten you all the while you're scared this is a tatic of theirs. These people have been calling me since January and yet i haven't recieved any notice from the court system about a case against me, plus i work right down the street from the court house and DA's office and no officer has came to get me yet...plus Payday loans are illegal in my state which is NC, so if they don't have a license to work in your state there is really nothing they can do to you, you cannot go to jail for not paying a debt, yes it can damage your credit, so make sure that you monitor your credit, report this to your bank, the your attorney general, local law enforcement department, BBC etc. Make sure you get their names and numbers, and write down everytime they call you and if you can keep your messages. These people are sick and have nothing else better to do and they have this thick indian accent that you can't understand. I know this because its happening to me and any loan that i have taken out is being dealt with by a company called DDS, I have applied and gotten payday loans but since being on the program i have gotten rid of two, the one thing I have learned is to never do it again. The company is Destination Debt Solutions google them and they will help you get rid of the loans.  I know I have given them all the companies I have borrowed from so I Know these people that are threatening me are not legit. Remember do not let them scare you into paying them money, if you are really going to be sued you will get a summons from your local sheriff department.

Just got a call from this number at 9.15 PM after I had voted in Big Brother (not sure if that has anything to do with it?)

They called my cell phone and when I answered, I just got a bunch of Spanish jibberish. I think it was a recording because I was unable to interrupt it.

So i get a call a few months back from som guy..now i just got a call this morning from a lady from 0000 so I let it go to voicemail. She tells me this call is extremely time sensitive and I shouldnt disregard the call. She leaves a number to call her back. (917) 645-0008 and tells me If i dont return the call and hear from me or my attorney she wishes the best of luck. I kinda wished I answered now so I could of went off on her

Yeah I've been getting these cals for about 5 months they stopped for amonth and are back at it calling me at work and on my cell it's crazy they don't stop not even after nbeing told they can't call my work. They say a crime investigator will come and get me and take me to jail  they need my attorney info

i got the same thing, someone called me today and said that theyre from the criminal justice department or something looking for someone ive never heard of. i said i think you have the wrong number and they said no this is the right number. then asked for the same thing. he had a strong indian accent and im kinda concerned. scares the crap outta me actually

Got a call from this number.  I let it go to voicemail.  Very thick Indian accent.  Said the message was for Ho-ann Willemsen (I can only guess he was trying to pronounce Juan or Joan)  Claimed he was an 'agent' and that if the call was not returned she/he could face jail time.  Number he left was 646 727 7049.  I googled that number and it says that it is a scam that tries to get you to give them personal info like DOB and social.

I got the same call and the same wish for luck if I dodn't return their phone call.

i keep gettih phone calls from 0000 and it is some Indian accent guy talkin...i think the 1st time he called was for some auto loan that i been approved for lol and the 2nd time which was 2day i could not understand the dude

Got 3 calls all different times (UK) landline home just let it go to answer machine.
They left no message but the last number called showed 00. Just let the idiots call and waste money I never answer.

I have been getting the same kind of phone call, 0000, then leaves the same message as everyone else on here, his name is William something, can hardly understand him, accent along with all the background noise. Seriously, it sounds like he's reading off a paper and having a very hard time reading it. It was funny, cause he said the police would come and pick me, lmao, the moment I hung up a sheriff pulled up in my drive, was looking for a certain address. I let him listen to the phone call,he laughed,  it's not ligit, it's crap!!! SCAM<SCAM<SCAM.  646-484-8982, here's the call back number William left me.

I can't believe this thesee people have been calling me non stop and the same thing happend when i advised them they had the wrong umber he got angry and then as i became upset he got even more angrier and begin to say horrible and nasty things to me. I then hung up he called back several times over and over not even a minute apart. They gave me first state atty ofc at 1656 tulavista ave in ca 93706.818-584-7399 is there no# .i have had enough with this and omg its so unbeleivelb when i explianed to him how can hus name be edwin scott when your not even close to an american.

Am receiving calls from 0000 but when I pick up the caller hangs up. Does anyone know from where these calls originate and the purpose behind them?

the same happened to ma. thick indian accent and asked for the person who had my phone before me (i know their name because of all the creditors that call for him) when i said i was not him and explained this he calmly started the the NC-17 obscenities, which was unreal because you could hear all of the other telemarketers in the back ground... I realize people lie to debt collectors but what he said to me was sick. i hung up and he immediately called back and started where he left off.

0000 has called my cell phone numerous times and now my place of employment.
A guy with an Indian accent asked to speak to my manager and then began to curse at me. He said he was from the Federal Crime Investigation and said someone was going to arrest me. I laughed and hung up. Hope he contacts VD.

I have been getting these calls and they say that I requested money and when they deposited it I closed my account and they will be forced to have the police come to my home or work. They are asian and use american names. I told them to send the police at least I could understand them Today they left a message andf wished me luck as well. I have been a victim of ID theft 3 times now so watch my credit very well and nothing is going on with credit. I hope they do send the police. They are saying to have my attorney call back to at 253 area code. Last time they were supposedly from Anderson California...It is a scam and I am not falling for it. I hope this stops or they will continue to get an earfull from me. Ask for someone that speaks english and it only gets you to someone that tells you they are with the Theft program of the government...ummm don't think so. I have contacted police to report everyone else should too. Call your local police and report it.

I got several calls from this number about a month ago, and it was a man with an Indian accent stating that my lawyer and I need to call him back immediately and when he started stating the number he stopped, swore, and hung up, then immediately called back and did the same thing except left a different number and said that I had several lawsuits pending against me for a loan of 1,500 dollars, I NEVER took out a loan! I even paid for my first car, cash! I yelled at them and hung up, then a different number, one from Indiana, called back and said it was his "manager", it was the exact same guy! I hung up again, and then they called back a month later! They even have been calling my boyfriend asking for me... how in the HECK did they know I live with him? No legal papers state that with either of our cell phone numbers on it. I told them I was someone else and the guy yelled at me saying that my voicemail said something different so I hung up again, they haven't called yet, but its only been a week or two.

They are from somewhere in Indiana and its a scam.

I got the call from "0000" yesterday. He called me by name and said he wanted to be my friend. I asked him who he was. He said John Smith. He had a very strong Indian accent. I asked him where he was calling from and I never could understand him, although I asked multiple times.
