i keep getting calls from 0000

I got a call today from 0000, First thing out of their mouth was DO I HAVE A LAWYER , and then they were saying I was going to court and it was something about EZ USA LOAN or something.....What is this...Does anyone know????

this morning i received a call from 0000...four of them to be precise. the person on the other end informed me i am being sued for non-repayment of a loan i never took out. this person was extremely rude. i was given a case number that is supposedly going before a judge today. i wish them good luck. i asked when this loan was taken out and was told '2010'. i asked what date and he didn't know but in his words 'you can't weasel your way out of this so don't try'. the company was Cash Advance. i do not know if people are being scammed by them or if some supposed 'mastermind' is out to scam whom ever they can. this has to be stopped before some elderly person has a medical problem because of these idiot's.

it is happening to alot of people...it's a SCAM!!! happened to me this morning only under a different company's name. these companies should wake up and do something.

They called me again today an have previously called me many times saying that I owe on some pay day loan, I have never even applied for a lian. They call at least 20 times a day an I can never understand the person on the phone. They have told me to be prepared for court an that they would have someone puck me up. They have never should. They left me alone for a month an are calling again I am getting really irritated with them an how rude they ate on the phone with you

I have received numerous calls from this 0000 number.  Last night I called him Apo, and Gupta, since I couldn't understand him, he had a thick heavy accent.  Tonight he called and said his name was David Williams and I couldn't make out the office he was from..  I did get him to give me an address he claimed it was 3858 Center Ridge Road in Kentucky, with a zip code of 41033.  When I asked him for the phone number he told me he would give it to me when I sucked his [***].  I told him his tactics were illegal in the United States and he just kept saying things about his [***].  I called the state police in Kentucy, didn't get much help there.  I will at least be calling my state attorney general's office.  I had my nephew who works for a legitimate collection agency to do some checking and he said the address is a residential address with a person by the name of Gary Walling.  I wonder if this Gary knows that some dirtbag is using his address to call people and harass them.

I have received numerous calls from 0000. They claim to need to speak with me about an urgent legal matter. They have called my cell phone about 40 times in the last week. Occasionally they leave messages and I have called the number they leave back and they hang up on me every time. The two numbers they have left (same guy) are 916-226-9823 and 213-286-0296. These calls are harassing and threatening and something needs to be done about it.

Got a call from 0000 twice at the same time. The message is incredibly hard to understand because the background noise is very scratchy and the Indian accent doesn't help. The only part you can understand is the "take luck" part at the end. Very creepy. If this was legit, it should be from a valid phone number and the message sure be clear and understandable.

Yeah, I got this call like 8 times today. When I finally picked up it was some guy claiming to be from an attorney's office where "serious charges were being filed against me." I couldn't understand anything this guy said so I asked to be transferred to someone else who actually spoke English. The guy they gave the phone to was equally unable to speak the language, so I told them that if they were really calling from California then they would be able to speak English. I told the scammers to go [***] themselves.

i have also received 2 phone calls and 2 voicemails from a man with a thick indian accent. he claims his name is Alan Anderson and that he needs me, or my appointed attorney, to return the call because it is an urgent matter. i had no idea what he was talking about and it was hard to understand him due to his thick accent. however i did understand that he wanted to wish me luck if i did not return the call, which sounded very much like a threat to me. the phone number he asked me to call back was (707) 271-9140 and when i called the number, it just rang and went to voicemail. i left a message and received a 2nd call today. when i answered the phone, there was no sound or voice on the other end. it was just quiet so i hung up. when i looked up the phone number online, it's connected to some scam company in the bay area, california. i don't know what to do in regard to reporting this as a scam and stopping them from calling me. does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop it?

My mom got a call from this number on her cell "0000" and didn't answer.  Later, in the voicemail, was a man with a thick accent who called himself Agent Thomas Lee and he said that he works for the FBI and that my mom committed fraud and other criminal acts.   This guy needs to be hunted down by the real FBI!

One of the scammers called stating that he was calling from Bell Canada and wanted to get Personal information. Speaks broken English.Seems south Asian Pakistani. Beware. He will collect personal info, sin and credit card info. Call was made from 162-030-000

just got call on phone whilst out and looked on ere im from uk and has no idea of this number 0000 i real am confused about it as it annoying
1) dont live in america and we dont have any atterneys
2) who the hell r these ppl

i think they are looking to scare some old person and scam and fraud them PLS PLS PLS PPL warn all the edlerly ppl not to answer this call

I got a call from them and not thinking I sent my information back and since then I thought about something that transpired during the call the man said that they were the American Court and that this was a legal matter and that if I or my attorney of record did not return the call that all he could do for me is wish me the best of luck as the case unfolds I regret this because it sounds unreal.  I was told that I could lose my job and could go to jail, etc.  It was so hurtful that I received another call from someone else after a while they stopped calling then started back up.  They are calling my job.  Don't know who these people are.  They call so much.  So it sounds like one big scam...I'm not going to be bullied or disrespected.

I have been getting the number 0000 on my phone now for several weeks. I dont know where the number is originated from but it sounds like an Indian guy. When they ask for the person who use to have the number i tell them its the wrong number. The guy proceeds to then curse and argue with me and refuse to say where he is calling from. If i can get some help to find these guys so i can take legal action on them that would be helpful!!!!

I got a call also from a guy with a thick indian accent CLAIMING he was "officer" so and so regarding a legal matter and that me or my attorney should return his call, and that if we do not then legal action will be taken, and he wishes me the best of luck. Um yeah ok, you think that I am really going to call back some Indian guy who claims he is an officer, sounds very suspicious to me. Hey if the company is reading these posts if it truly was a serious matter, you should act more legit, you might get a much better response

im so damn relieved  to have read these posts  ive been gettin harassed by these [***] for almost a month now   sum indian guy with a heavy accent sayin hes so and so johnson  for  sum kind of law firm and they were sayin there was a lawsuit against my ssn  for sum unpaid  loan   at first i believed them  cuz i had a loan out  but the kalls have continued after i paid my loan back  and its the same [***] guy tryin to b the worker and his supervisor and u kan obviously tell its  the same person      b4 that  some guy named bobby darling kalled from  "cyber crimes investigation"  and harassed my mom  sayin she wuz in trouble(turns out bobby darling wuz also the same guy  who has been kalling me from a "law firm" these [***] really need to get a life

Threatening messages.  I did answer and when they told me that my SS# was connected to a fraud case and that I was in serious trouble with the FBI etc. etc. I told them they were full of #*().  They then reprimanded my behaviour and said it would not help me with the authorities, blah blah blah.  

They then left a message and said they were going to take me to the courthouse and then called started cursing 4 letter words and using derogatory terms.  They said that I didn't know the first thing about threats and they would come after me if I did not behave and call them back.

They are now calling non stop.

Got a call yesterday from 0000. A man with a thick Indian accent with an American name *RED FLAG*  claiming to be an officer of the law .. yeah ok! Leaves a msg on my phone b/c of course... why would I pick up a 4 digit # ??? Claims there is going to be some legal action taken against me & my social security # if I don't give him a call back. Ok.. Whatever! DELETE!!!

So today I'm pissed b/c he calls my good friend & of course she couldn't understand what he saying but just a lil... What I want to know... How the hell is he getting my & my friends #'s .. if he calls back... BEWARE.. cause no nice words are coming form this female!!!

I have been getting repetitive calls from "0000".  I did not answer any of the times.  They did not leave a message the first couple times but the next 5 times they did and knew my name!  Frightening!
