Phoned me at 17:15 Irish time

I got a call from 000000000 number and the first time I couldn't understand what the caller was saying so I just simply said I'm not interested. The second time, the SAME exact number calls me AGAIN, this time I just let it ring, hoping they would just leave a voice mail, which they didn't. This time, the restricted number calls me back AGAIN and I know it's from the same people and I answer simply telling them I'm not interested. And the 000 number calls back. I ignore it. And just a few minutes ago, the number calls back, with someone who I can finally understand and then they said they were looking for someone and that the person calling me is with some Federation i don't know what, and I told them I'm not interested and they replied back with a "Why are you not interested" with me shouting in the phone saying "BECAUSE YOU GUYS KEEP CALLING ME AND I'M NOT INTERESTED. NOW QUIT CALLING MY PHONE!" I think they call me back again, I think I'm just going to call my local Police Department cause this is really getting annoying.

Interact with social media and these have all the information. Social media must shut down.

that same number called me last night a woman kept asking about windows computer i couldn't understand what she was saying i told her i didn't have a windows computer so she hung up.  i do have windows on my computer.

I got Two call from this number

I got a call at about 6.40am this morning and as I have an elderly father in law I immediatley thought the worst. When I picked up the phone I got a buzzing noise for about 30 seconds then a very faint voice uttered one word which I couldn't make out before the line went dead. When I dialled 1471 the strange number 00000 came up.

just had a call from   000001278685632...I did not answer no intension..then again if you do just pick up  it will cost them not you..just don't speak and keep on the line as long as you can as it would possibly cost them a small fortune  :)
