This people call from different number for a money grant from the government

I recieve call from someone but the phone number cannot seen ,and i cant recognize where he is.?

Just keep a loud whistle next to your phone, when you answer a call like this blow the whistle next to the mouth piece. They all wear head sets at call centres, you will be amazed how quick they disconnect, you will also hear the odd scream or curse.
