I received a call from this nonsensical nuisance number twice today on my Windows mobile.  I rejected the first one but tried to accept the second; nobody spoke to me.  Both times I was listening on Spotify using Bluetooth, and both times the connection did not restore at the end of the call; I had trouble re-making the connection.  This has not happened previously with any other number.

receive a call from +00000 strange it speaks in filipino and says a lot of stuff like if  i have a TV at home and keep asking some information

I got call from cops 239-000-0000 just min.before court sheriff's office  tried to murder me in a crosswalk  my bike.I have video proof. On 4/25/2015
