rang again today  i said hello and it then went dead AGAIN

They rang me this morning and asked for my wife by name, I asked who was calling the said Sky TV, I asked why they wanted my wife and they said to discuss her Sky TV package, I then said my Sky isnt in her name and said to them "dont you dare hang up you liar, i want to know your name and where you are calling from and  he hung up.
have  had calls from these idiots in the past, they are Pakistani and speak Urdu so if you get a call from them them please call them a Machod as it insults them very badly.

The number had rung off before I could answer. I did 1471 and was told I had been called by  000000 which I did not return

They called me today but i didn't answer. What kind of people are they? 3 weeks ago i had to report a credit card fraud to the police. I used this credit card only 4 times! Maybe there's a connection? Help! Who sells our personal details?!

00 0000 is an international dialing alias. In some circumstances when the caller ID can not be retrieved for an international caller, 00 0000 will be displayed as a placeholder. You may get different placeholder numbers for different carriers. This often occurs when the international caller has ID withheld, but the local carrier uses a different caller ID protocol resulting in 00 0000 being displayed.

my nan got call recently, from a women who said "goodbye" then just hung up, she dailed 1471 to see if it was a prank call, and the number was 000000? i found this werid because that day a few hours early my great aunty died, and then 3hours later that call came.

Yes these idiots are calling all over the UK at all times of the day and night. My mother is in her late 70's and she finds it very disturbing.  Anyone out there got any ideas how to stop this nuisance?  It's about time the authorities put a stop to it.

Just started getting calls from 00 and 000 over the past week. Always missed the calls so far but when I do answer I wont be friendly.

I got called by someone with an asian accent saying they worked for BT and were part of the Windows technical support team.  My pc has lots of errors on it and is running slow on the internet (apparently). I replied that everything is fine and hung up.   They also phoned up about 6 months ago and had a similar discussion.  

I suspect they wanted me to download some software which would "fix" these problems, but would install viruses etc and gain control of my pc.

I have 00 00 00 on my caller id ...... found this page on the internet when I put the phone number in. I shall do what I normally do with these calls. Tell them I am going to inform the police of them, because they are harrassing me.

Had a call from EURO SEAL double glazing concervatries this evening. Wanted to know the number which they phoned from. I did the 1471 and guess what i got 00 00 00 another company doing it ...... or are they. I was asked when I and my other half would be in,  i didnt give them a proper answer, why should i tell strangers when our house will be empty.

I have been recieving a number of 000000 phone calls but when I answer them there is no reply.
My question is what is going on as it is getting me upset with these phone calls

Calls from 000000 all the time. Several times a day - never have answered them though as it seemed a strange number.  Really annoying though as rings at really strange times as well.  Don't intend to ever answer, but seems they won't get message and so they continue.

I KEEP GETTING A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER ASKING IF THE LAST FOUR OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IS _ _ _ _ AND THIS IS MY LAST CHANCE FOR THEY FILE SOMETHING AGAINST MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND DRIVER'S LICENSE. I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING THAT THE MAN SAID. HIS ENGLISH IS AWFUL AND BROKEN. I THINK ITS A SCAM!
