Hello. Call this evening at 7:45pm. Number was many zeros however 1741 seemed to cut out on some of the '0's so can;t be sure how many 0s there were. see also other entries on this webiste for various numbers of 0s!

Man's voice, sounded long distance, couldn't really hear, asked for Mrs ____ he given an incorrect sounding version of my name. I said hello, sorry can't really hear, then he said ok and put phone down.

The recent change recently was to sign in for online mobile phone account with T-mobile. Did it last night. So perhaps this is the missing link?

I was call by a company using the 000000000 caller Id
it turned out to be a company call credit alliance fee recovery service or something like that
the caller said it really quick and proceeded to go on bombarding me with questions not giving me much time to study the info and the questions. (probably a tactic)
basicly they were offering to recover unfair credit agreement fees unwanted protection insurance charges etc

However they started asking for personal finacial info, now considering they were masking their identity
the old 000000000 caller Id  and saying the company name so quick i still didnt grasp it after 3 try's i did have time to deduce one thing          DO NOT TRUST THEM.

credit alliance fee recovery service   a search for this company shows no real information.

they probably picked your number by random selection.
I found that if you do answer and start asking questions
    like who are you
    what company are you from
    whats the registerd office address
    and phone number
    what dept who's you supervisor
then ask to speak to the manager
then ask why they are breaching prefererd caller list policy
assuming you get that far they'll put the phone down and it will be one of them left feeling uncomefortable and you feeling self satisfied.    Try it its liberating..

I got this number +00000000 and it turns out it is from the Bank of China.

Asking me whether I want to have a credit card from them.

So if anyone sees this number and do not wish to get the Credit offer. Just ignore the call.

    Cheers,

Call frequently....finally left a message...Alan Wright supposed to be a contractor wanting to know if I want any work done around my house. If it is legit then why hide behind "unavailable 0000000" and not have company name and # show on ID.

Kept getting these 0000000 calls on a back line.  When I see it displayed on my phone, I pick it up and hang up right away.  Twice they caught me not looking.  Once said they were an "Employee Benefits Publication" ask for two of our employees by name.  I put through to Assistant, if I find out they are not legite, I am getting a police whistle and start blowing it in their ears!

This message came from a company claiming to be from TheLivePC.com..saying that my computer was not protected.  I asked them how they got my number but didn't get a direct answer. I asked them for the reason for their call and they wanted me to log into my computer....well I think the rest speaks for itself....needless to say...I hung up!
