00000000
Report a phone call from 00000000 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- Nan replies to ruby T.Whilst you are right in most of what you say, it is an unfortunate fact that most of the scam calls we receive originste in the Sub Continent. This does tend to get everyone tarred with the same brush. It also means that the UK cannot do anything to stop the calls.

This number (00000000) called me recently. I did have a call last week asking me about my credit card interest rate being lowered and I had spoken with a human, eventually, and told them to take me off their calling list and then I get this call this week. And here you posted back in 2008 that this is who was calling me.
I guess these people can take any phone number they can. Even if it is only 8 digits. - Linda in Jersey replies to Linda in JerseyPS. I do not answer calls I do not recognize. And this certainly was one of them. Of course, no message left.
- AnnoyedHave been receiving calls from this number, 0000000000. Whenever I see this number I just dont answer the call or any other number I recognize as a telemarketer. One day I was just relaxing doing nothing and I got a call from this number again, so I answered it and pretended I couldn't hear very well and kept asking the person to repeat himself. I would flush the toilet, cough, just make any noise I could and kept asking him to repeat himself. After two minutes on the phone he hung up. So far no calls from that number yet. But I ready for them.

- globetrotterThanks to my caller display I can identify whether it's a local British call or not. If you get a number like this 00000000 don't pick the phone up as it could cost you a fortune. This is obviously a PIRATE call - so please ignore it. If you haven't got a caller display unit - get one and contact your phone provider to get it set up on your system. It costs around 1.49 pence a month or quarter in some cases. I received this call yesterday Wednesday 5th October 2012 at 16:39 hours. I see from other comments that this number has been around for quite a few years doing its rounds !!! Just be AWARE !!!

- fhineases es un numero de la quinta dimensión por eso nuestra dimensión solo alcanza a producir puros ceros (000000) de hecho serian tantos los números como el infinito pero tu celular solo permite reproducir 8 ceros por la configuracion predeterminada

- Mad replies to codyGot a call on my cell number and my caller ID only listed it as being an eight digit number. 0000-0000
I was surprised cause I have service blocks on my phone which restrict unknown/private calls.
I called my cell carrier, Verizon. The rep said it was unusual and she didn't have any way of blocking it that she was aware of, but would forward my compliant to Verizon's research department.
You'd think that a huge phone company like Verizon would already have that technological solutions to thwart scum outfits from finding ways around their service blocks, but apparently they don't.
Normally I could just punch in whatever 10 digit number I want to block, as well as having an overall block on all unknown/restricted numbers trying to call me, but in this cased since it shows up as on eight digits, Verizon's blocking system isn't accepting the block commands.
This seems crazy considering how much we pay these phone companies. They should be able to keep pace better with these low-life con artists and telemarketing companies tricks. - papasickofitI have notified the FBI about these harrassing phone calls. Whether I'm in financial debt, they have no business calling me.

- DuggyLet me just join this lone line of people having these calls from 0 x9.
First time a chap on the line said I had made enquiries about a 'slip or trip', and he was telling me that my case had been looked at and I was in line for at least £15k+.
Obviously I told him that this was bloody nonsense, and I asked him who the hell he was and why he calls me from 0 x9 number.
He told me I had, and then the conversation started getting silly.
He ended up F..ing & Blinding at me, telling me I was stupid etc.
So if this is happening to so many people, it must be an organsied scam and the people behind this website MUST inform the telecommunications people and authorities and put a stop to it.
Come on guys please do that for us.- Caller: Supposed Personel Injury Referer
