This is a number scammers and pranksters use to hide their Identity AND to get curious morons to pick up a call from an number that does not even exist.  Ignore the calls.

I just got a call from this number did not answer but some lady left voicemail and said that she was from a legal department calling regarding an issue. the number they called from was 000 000 0000 but voice message left a different number to call back

Just noticed this number on my cell phone from last night after 5:30PM. First time for me hopefully the last,

Called my cellphone on 7/25/2019 at 1:51 pm and CID displayed Scam Likely +0000000000 and no VM was left. Since no message was left, the call wasn't important. Then another number called at 1:52 pm on 7/25/2019 and CID displayed Scam Likely 844-822-9990 and once again no VM was left. So I'm wondering if the 2 numbers are some connect with each other because the second call came in a minute apart from the first call. I don't answer my phone from numbers I don't know, especially when CID displays Scam Likely. 2 more numbers added to my block list.

Just received a call from this number.  Did not answer no message.

I too have been getting  these calls from all zeros. Frustrating as hell. I do not answer. Sometimes I pick the phone up and then quickly hit off. Nothing works. When the calls start coming on a sunday, that is my limit. Stop, please !!!!!

No one here on this site can stop the calls for you, and the people calling are not checking here for your messages.  In fact, many, many scammers from all over the world use this number as way to entice and torment people.  See the post above from Dr. Bridget Tice, from Overland, Kansas.

So at 10:45 am I was sleeping and right now I have internet from my home but I still have to get a phone card because mine expired the 4th but the call still came through and I don't have a phone card????? The number came up as 0000000000 so I tried calling back but it literally said I need to pay my Verizon bill or I won't be able to make or RECEIVE CALLS!!!!!!?????

just got a call from(000)000-0000 didn't answer, no VM left. then ONE minute later another call from (510)299-9245 , don't know that number and no VM. these telemarketers are ridiculous.

got a voice mail from the number and it was playing rockstar from Post Malone

Try an app called caller id  on android.  I have it and it blocks 0000000000, I get these calls. This app blocks them and other scam calls. Its free!

0000000000 calls me several times a week! I do not answer. I think I will next time they call. Unblockable for some reason.

I got several calls from 000-000-0000. The guy was trying to sell me windows and told to me send the money and that a team would be in touch to schedule a date and time. I told the man I lived in a "Tin cardboard box" and had no windows. He replied well I'm  sure it gets hot in the box and windows are just what I needed. I said it does for sure get hot and a breeze of fresh air would be nice. After several minutes of the stupidity I talked over him and told him that I recorded our call for quality assure. He hung up rather fast!
I guess I won't be getting my windows for my tin cardboard box. And I haven't gotten another call from the " Zero man"

these people are a nuisance I would like to sue them for leaving messages on my answering machine this is illegal
