I get this  # on my cellphone repeatedly. I don't answer it because. Something like this happened before and I got billed the second I answered by some offshore account I knew nothing about.
This sounds like the same BS. Don't answer and block the number if you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"00000000000" is the default campaign setting outbound number for "Vicidial" an outbound dialler which works on Asterisk. The admins haven't configured their settings properly... Also... those of you reporting the voice which says "Goodbye" this is also Asterisk... it's a default sound played back when nobody is available to answer or connect to your call.

they said they were calling from windows and i was having trouble with my computer, obviously a scam, they asked me to turn my computer on, i just hung up.

i keep getting this call from all these 0 and all they do is hang up.can you please but this in as a compliant.i just wish i would stop.ty

Received a call at 1100am - nobody on the line, no return number

Another call received from withheld number. Indian lady on the phone. I told her I had moved, and that she must hang on while I get the new number (I was planning to make her wait and waste her time) but she said "Now I don't want it..." then she hung up

9 times out of 10 its a telesales pitch were a computer will call u 2 fine out when ur at home so a human can call u back at that time the next night or the following night. This will work with any number were the line is quite the other end. Either press the # key once or any key over and over. This will cause the computer the other end to take ur number off the callback list. I hope this helps u all and please share.

I have received 3 silent calls from this number, its getting rather annoying to say the least, surely BT and other phone companies should block these numbers

just leave them hanging on with a nice anoying record like go compare lol

Man ask for me by name. I told him I had moved and it sounded like he put the phone down on me.

I will not give them a chance to talk, but what kind of number Is This, they asked about my house hold winnthanksing a hundred dollars, I say no Thanks and hang up.

Just had a phone call from the 00000000000 number.  They were telling me that someone had an car accident in the last 3 years and if it was true.  I knew that they were referring to the arson attackk on my car but did not let on. I then played ignorant and kept asking them who had the accident and they told me it was the service department. Told them I didnt know a Mr. Department and was getting quite hysterical asking them who had an accident.  They soon got fed up and hang up on me!  Also wind them up by speaking  to them in turkish, one of them actually called me a bloody foreigner.  He had a indian accent!

Three times tonite already and every nite this week fed up of it. Who r these people

got one of these today someone muttered something then hung up.  
What type of person/company would present a false number to get around withheld barring?

I do not know, so stuck their number in my callblocker,  with all the other idiot people/companies that think they have a right to call me without being invited.

I've had several calls from this number, the last one at 15:39 today

English woman called claiming to be from Envirofone and they are opening a new shop in my area. They knew I was a home owner aged between 40 and 70 and knew my name. Wish I knew how my details got out there. Said she was an energy saving company.
