Not a real number, that makes this a scam call from crooks wanting to hide who they are and where they are calling from.

it is a test for y max communications not a scam or a way to hide your identity this grid is old and has serious flaws.

You do realize that you really did not say anything at all, don't you?
Why would "y max communications" be making all these calls?
What "grid is old and has serious flaws"?

Besides, you have not disproved that this number can be and is being spoofed by scammers.  We have 22 pages of reports going back to 2008 and you come up with this swill?  You are as poor at explaining as you are at trying to BS your way through what reads like another shill post.

I get a call from this number saying I need to call back and verify my last 4 of my SSN if not they will issue and arrest warrant. For what? How did you get this number? And why are they threatening me with this?

This is a number used to both trick you into being curious and to hide the identity of the caller.  All them zeros add up to SCAM.

First step would be to sell the dodo that is answering the phone and engaging the scammers while expecting that they will take requests.  Since dodos are extinct, you should be able to get a nice price and use the money to buy a call blocker or some such. If blocking does not work, I am sure once the pain of selling the dodo has passed you can find another animal with more sense than to answer.
