What on earth kind of number is this?

I got a call from this number too.  Didn't answer it, no message left.

This number called me again today, about nine hours after the first call.  I answered this time.  It was someone claiming to be with the Republican National Committee, seeking donations.  No idea how they got this funky 000 number.

Are they using this number so no-one can trace it? I'm just getting sick and tired of these numbers calling my landline, just wish they would get the msg and leave me and my family alone!

We've been getting calls nearly every day for the last few weeks from this number from someone claiming to be from a company called Money Manager .  When I answer they ask for the same person by name.  I say they have the wrong number and ask them to remove the number from their database.  They go into a rant about some governemnt scheme to consolidate debts.  I told them that the number is registered with the TPS and that they are breaking the law by making unsolicited calls.  I have asked where the company is based (the caller sounds Indian).  One time the reply was Leicester.  Another time they said they could not give out that information.  I also asked for the registered company number, but didn't get a reply.  When i finally asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, they put me on hold for a few minutes and then hung up.  I think I might sing to them the next time they call - that'll teach them :)

My parents just had a call from this number on their landline.  The caller  said they were from an accident insurance company and asked if they'd had any accidents in the last 3 years.  It seems this number is either being used by con artists or call centres.. hmmm just trying to think of a difference..

Just had this number call me.. I didn't answer as wanted to check it out first. If they call again I may answer and see what they say.

they called about some product. i told em to sling their hook because i am not rich, can barely afford what i have got so just a waste of time. I hate it when these people call, and their no# is ridiculous it leads me to believe that this is a hoax.I am stressed and they are just winding me up. I don't need this.

i've just had a call from these (1.30am) and when i answered all i could her was another phone ringing. nobody spoke though

same number as up there, car services, some kinda indian that has been recorded and if my phone rings again from that number i ll report it to the officials.

i got over 20 phone calls from the 0 phone number in the past month. they would call me 3 times a day every single day. I answered two times, first time there was nothing on the other line. second time it was somebody from a calling center about a survey i didn't complete for my car service.  anyway, the phone calls stopped after I finally got to talk to somebody, but I was charged on my cell phone bill for every single one of them even if I didn't answer.

I have had two calls from this number. I was out first time, so BT1571 answered but no message left, the second time I was home and answered but no one at the other end and then the phone went dead.

Has called my cell for last two days several times a day. Leaves no message.

I received a call with all zeroes---Called it back and was told by Verizon it was someone calling me while blocking their number with *67.

Someone called to my landline, then to my cell phone, then to my wife's cell phone, when she answered a woman asked for me when she said I was not there the woman asked when I was going to be back, my wife  asked who was calling several times and the woman hanged up.
