Im from Sydney. Got a call from this number saying they from microsoft and we had virus on our computer and they wanted money to fix it or we would be cut off the internet

I got 46 miss calls from this number

hmm and me too 3 times in the past week im from Australia

26/10 2 calls today from that number and on other days, Has anyone contacted their telephone provider?

This morning I received 3 calls from this number today and on the third time, the person left a message and was speaking mandarin. I then looked back in the list of missed calls on the phone and previously have had missed calls from this number as well. Does anyone know who this number belongs to?

I Have had 16missed call from this number. Once a day for more than 1week.  I am in Melbourne and Optus.

this number keeps ringing and ringing,  when i answer it sounds like a fax?  

I'm in Melbourne, have been getting calls from this number all day. The first time in rang 4 times and I didn't get to answer it, but the rest I pick up and it just sounds like a humming. Most recently the call wouldn't disconnect, even after hanging up for 60 seconds I pick up the receiver again and still no dial tone, just the hum.

Got a call from this number just recently as well. annoying

I answered this number - marketing place trying to get me to sign up to their Mining Information Day

Twice in 3 nights we have had a call from this number. They simply hang up a few seconds after we say hello. Definitely won't call it back...just in case

I got a call from this number today twice one in morning one just now 8;12 pm I'm in vic OZ. AND DIDNT ANSWER iphone 5 gives you acces to block calls from that number they ring on so I did that :/

These [***] keep calling me. I'm from Sydney. Every time I answer I just hear a beep and then nothing. Going to call Optus and see what they can do to stop them.

Just recived a call from this number to my work land line phone. Just from habit I picked up the phone.
They asked me if this was *** (company name) and asked if (company address) was the correct address of the business and what type of business - they gave me two alternatives and I agreed to both as they both apply to this business.
The name of the company they gave me was correct along with the company address.
The person speaking was very polite but had a strong accent but yet understandable.
I've received called from google maps before outlining the street address, and it very similar to that type of phone call

I have got calls from this number 5 times, haven't answered . Also calls from "unknown number" at the same time... Same there, What to do?

Had a call from my friend in the Netherlands , the number showed up (0011976000) , but the call was from my friend in the Netherlands ! The call broke up , (Lucky me , he was as drunk as a skunk ) I call him back tomorrow and ask where he called from . My provider is TPG

Asian caller on 0011976000 is using a Westpac bank scam to gain money. Claiming bank overcharges and reimburstment plus 10% for tax!
