3 people have called our business number today saying they are BT.  3rd time their number flashed up I didn't use the company name and just said hello and they kept saying they wanted the business owner and when I said speaking she told me I wasn't James.  But the name of the company has James in it but I am one of the owners.

I have just got a two ring call from this number 0034009054 at 14:11 on 15/09/2010 needless to say I didn't return the call,these calls are annoying as I am disabled and cannot get to the phone quickly,very frustrating indeed..........................Dave.

Just had a call from this number on my mobile right after I had a call on my land line from a foreign person asking for my DOB. Yeah right! Like I'm going to give you that! BE CAREFUL! Don't give any personal information to any one on the phone.

its from spain if u do a search of the number its a place called "Murcia" in spain

Got a call from this number at 14:10 today. When I answered it it just sounded echolike...then it dawned on me, someone on the other end was just listening to me, never saying a word. I hung up.

rang offering to claim back repayment protection. when i told the to go away they kept ringing back all day and saying nothing. definitely asian company.

Had 4 calls today from that number 3 missed. BT don't recognise it when you try & use it. It may be a computer support company "2Gro"

also this number calleD me and would not accept an inbound call I would suggest you ban the number

This number keeps calling and then hangs up when I answer - seems very dodgy to me.

I've had calls from this number several times over the last few months, they keep asking for a Mr Butcher. A Mr Buthcer doesn't live at my house & never has done neither. Had the call again today & i told them once again that Mr Butcher doesn't live here, then i start hearing these daft noises, it sounded like somebody else on another phone listening to the call, sounded like somebody doing a meow noise & a couple of other noises. The guy who asked for Mr Butcher then asks why i'm making these noises!! I say i'm not, he then tells me they do computer repairs so i say not interested in what you do. Then the noises start again so I hang up. I Press 1471 but then i notice they're still at the other end. He starts to talk again & then the daft noises start but this time a definately hear somebody snigger after the noises. I basically blow a gasket down the phone at him then hang up!!

I've had a few from this number, with differing stories, including wanting to put right the (non-existent) fault with my computer and the Sky box I don't have. They're now offering to stop unwanted calls - clearly they don't do irony. I wondered what would happen, so played along a little, giving them a fictitious date of birth when they asked for it. They then wanted the name of my bank, so I stopped the game and said 'no chance' - apparently it would cost me only £10 for a year....
