New Scam
I was called by Japanese Company Nagoya Corp (www.nagoyacorp.com) some weeks ago. Wanted to talk about investment on gold company Iamgold.

As I know already the scheme, I did not invest anything, but tried to find out if the company really exists.
The Austrian chamber of commerce in Japan answered me as follows:

Wir konnten diese Firma in den uns zur Verfügung stehenden Firmenverzeichnissen nicht finden; beim Anruf unter der auf der Homepage angeführten Telefonnummer meldete sich nur ein Anrufbeantworter.

Wir haben daher der japanischen „Financial Services Agency” vorsorglich diese Firma gemeldet. Nagoya corp steht dort nicht auf der Liste gemeldeter Firmen. Die FSA wird unsere Meldung in Evidenz halten.

When writing back to Nagoya corp to have some additional information (balance sheets, prove of existence ...), otherwise I would take further steps, I never heard again anything from them,

So, please be cautious with this company, I think that they are the same kind of fraud as the companies mentioned in this forum. Don't invest any money with them.

Hello to everybody

I am an owner of a company, i am pretty sure these investing companies calling me for years now got my number from my alibaba account i had.

Its obvious that its all spam, cause they wana get the control over your money, I did offer some, that i buy some shares for myself (cause sometimes they've got good advises, actually they did good on Arena pharmatceuticals) and i wil just wire some commission over to them for the research.

None of these companies were interested in this.

These guys usually speak a well english and having a trustable voice, but if u ask them for clean papers and contracts for you to check, they dont want to send you something clean.

If somebody ever want to invest with a company like this u need clean papers and all, then u need to call this bank (which should be a safe bank, they offered me Deutsche bank and Austrian Bank) and check if its all safe, im pretty sure they would tell u not to invest like this, but unfortunately i never got any papers of them.

SO DO NOT INVEST WITH ANYBODY THATS JUST CALLING YOU! if u ever want to invest, than you should choose your investment partner, you should call them first.

Wir sind auch betroffen und verloren fast 60.000 Euro. Ich kann einfach nicht verstehen, wie man auf so etwas hereinfallen kann. Ich wusste davon nichts - erst als das Fass überlief wurde ich von meinem sonst so ehrlichen und vertrauensvollen Ehepartner informiert - aber nur weil nochmal 20.000 Euro nachgelegt werden sollten. Ich habe danach ein echtes Vertrauensproblem bekommen. Nach einem Satz der Erklärung war mir klar, "das hört sich nicht gut an". Die Commerzbank hat sich in dieser Geschichte auch nicht mit Ruhm bekleckert. Sie kassierte Überziehungszinsen in 2-stelliger Höhe und fragte nicht einmal nach, für was das Geld denn benötigt würde. Nahezu monatlich gingen tausende Euro auf ein Konto in Mauritius (Briefkastenfirmenoase der gesamten Welt - einer Bank sollte das bekannt sein). Es sind jetzt zwar zwei Jahre vergangen - aber ich komme immer noch nicht damit klar. Wenn die Bank reagiert hätte, wären 30.000 Euro eingespart worden. Kann mir mal jemand von den Betroffenen sagen, wie es zu so einem Deal kommen konnte. Ich kann das einfach nicht verstehen.
Die Anzeige brachte gar nichts. Die vernetzen sich nicht mal mit Interpol - wir bekamen nach 4 Wochen ein Schreiben mit der Miteilung das Verfahren sei wegen nicht Auffindbarkeit des Täters/ der Täter eingestellt. Hat irgend jemand Geld zurückbekommen - oder wurden die Verantwortlichen gefunden???

I had received an email suggesting that Greenwood International is a scam and that James Archer is not his real name  - i sent James Archer an email with the information I received and sure enough,round about the 14th March  2012, he phoned me very soon after  to convince me that what he was doing was legitimate and I should not take any notice of the e-mail I received. He also argued that if he was a fraudster he would have not been in contact with me for a couple of years. - He also told me that he will also place my shares in "GreenCell Technologies Inc." on a sale order. In the mean time I had received a Communication from a Peter Li  stating the legetimacy of GreenWood International.

John, read please page 22 and 23 of this blog, if you still believe in Mr. Archer and Li, nobody can help you anymore. But please don#t contact the swifttrust people, they are sitting in their same boat

Listen to what ANA says, it is True and Correct.
This is a well organised, sophisticated Boiler Room Scam.
Whatever you have *invested” it is gone forever, never to be seen again.
Whatever you will “invest” will go the same way.

Greencell Technologies Inc does NOT exist as represented by Greenwood International. The shares were offered and sold back in Dec10, shares certificates were sent to the investor but found to be worthless pieces of paper.
It has an address out in the wilds of Toronto, in Canada and had been listed under –Industry : Auto Parts & Equipment.
It had been listed, the fraud discovered and was subsequently delisted.

And something else, you should not be talking to Greenwood International or Greenwood Global. Peter Li had advised investors in March of this year the “company” had been sold to Delap Capital Services, another phantom company, a company that does not exist.

But hei, at the end of the day ; it is your money – your decision.

Sure I realised that it was a scam back in November last year - when "Greencell Technologies Inc" were de-listed from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. - but to try and trace James Archer and "bella compania" I tried to keep in touch with him even trying to bait him by telling him I would be interested to by other equities once I sell GT5 Equities - it seems that he realised that I was trying to trace him - so he vanished into thin air. Just before that I was contacted by a certain "James H [james25h@yahoo.co.uk]" telling me that all was a scam and offered their services try and recoup the money. - which in itself was another scam. The funny thing is that I thoroughly re-searched "Green Cell Technologies" and seemed to be for real.  - Any how   - another lesson in life - I must say  at great expense !!!

BMI (offshore) is phoning around to certain investors : Okuma, Sakura Financial, Fisher Capital management, Shengtai and others.
The say, that they are the BMI Bank or BMI offshore, and want to help to the people getting back their monies, 'cause they discover, that they kept fraud accounts. Its not possible because of international banking rules.
This is B U L L S H I T and the next step of the fraud.
Don't talk even with them, they are the same cheaters.
Don't sent any personal documents to them ( passport copies), they can use it to open fraud-accounts and whatever.

Thanks for the offer but at this point I do not think that there is a lot to discuss. I have written off € 10000 as a bad deal and now I want to try and recoup my losses by working harder and investing in property as I always did. - Solid stone is the best and most secure investment. !!
