I have taken  via email, but any help would be much appreciated!!

Guys this is a very familiar story. You have been caught in a boiler room scam. You will never see your money again as these guys are professional criminals and not finance brokers. The most important thing for you to know is that because you fell for this scam your name will be put on a list and that list will be sent to other scammers. These people will call you using a different name and make a lot of excuses about helping you sell your shares or find your money. They will try to get you to pay a fee in advance for tax or fees or something, when you send this they will steal it and disappear.

There is a very long thread on trade2win about boiler room scams, you will see the same story many times over. In the UK alone these frauds costs more than £200 million a year. Never never buy shares from people who phone you, it is always a scam.

Investment advising company Breisach Liebman

Hello,

today I was called by an investment advising company called Breisach Liebman. Their website is www.breisach-liebman.com. They are located in Tokyo Japan, Shinbashi Tokyu Building 4-21-3, Shinbashi Minato Ward. Ana Weber was the name of the lady who called from Breisach Liebman. She tried to sell options for gold. Everything sounded very good, too good for my experience. In my experience, Breisach Liebman seems to be a boiler room, a big fraud. I would suggest not to deal with them. Does everybody has experience with them.

Today I recieved a call from a person claiming to be calling from a company called Greenwood, located in Tokyo, offering to send me a free "investment report". She wanted to get my email address. Fortunately she sounded very suspicious and I hung up. I asked a lot of questions to try and establish who she was and where she was calling from. When asking how she got my name and number, all she repeated was "it is in our database". I tried to act like I had to end the call urgently and asked for her contact information, but she didn't want to give out any phone number, email address, or Skype/similar name. She claimed that her "company" only uses VoIP. Then I said that I have no idea who she is or where she is calling from and that I can not trust her at all, so we should end the conversation. Then she said "Well Sir that is your problem, bye bye".

Throughout the conversation she kept calling me "Sir" many many times. She also had an Indian accent, which is a bit suspicious if you claim to call from Tokyo. In general she always answered very avoidingly on all of my questions, as if she had something to hide. I am sure she understood what I said very clearly, but she just repeated nonsensical answers anyway.

My guess is they are either trying to send me some virus or just "groom" me into a potential fraud victim.

Greendwoodglobal also found me, a men called henry walker asked for my email adress, to send free investment reports. its the similar story, i found their website, at least they spent some time and money to establish a well structured, good looking website, but thats it. anyway, i wont give them a damn cent, i can tell you this for sure :)

I too have been called on many occasions by this company they are very convincing and to look at the price of gold it continue to rise in price as they say but I am very causous Where do they get numbers from?

Regarding Breisach-Liebman.
I'm also trying to figure out if they are a scam as well. I havn't found anything on the web yet, but the whole idea of getting a call which will result in investing money makes the fraud-bells ring. Anyone have more input about this company. They are trying to make me buy options for gold as well...

Nice guy, spend long time on phone chatting about Chinese market... BYD company in particular. But since I can buy those share direct through my broker why would I ever invest with a shady "ofshore"company? Smelled a rat straight away and found this site.

Yes I was phoned several times by a guy named Louis Shapiro. He called me the first 2 times from Tokyo, then after that his calls were issued from Kuala Lampur (Malaysia).

He explained me that he aims to make me a lot of money and he wants me to see the proof. His speech is so convincing and trustworthy. He has a very nice english pronounciation.
He said that he has a unique opportunities because he has access to IPO (Initial Public Offering), and he could me make profiting from that. He said that he could me get the stocks at the a fraction of the price of their future initial quotation( the day theses shares will be quoted on the market). It sounds to be an amazing opportunity: You get the shares at practically the half price of their first quotation

These last days he was calling me every day. He insisted on me to invest in a big opportunity , but with a minimum of 5000 Euros (plus 1.25 % of fees registration)
A Canadian company Eldora Gold resources Limited, (symbol ER5) (www.eldoragoldresources.com) which went on FrankFurt Exchange market at the end of march 2011. The price he could make me  buy it is at 0.50 Euros whereas the actual quotation shows Bid at  0.95 Euros and Ask at 1.05 Euros  (http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=ER5.F&ql=0)

Here's a summary about this company (excrepts from its website)  Eldora Gold Ressources  has aproprietary  physical separation process, called GravSep™,  for extracting mineral content from mining tailings.  The GravSep™ enables the company to extract valuable mineral content from tailings, and eventually returning those cleaned tailings back to the environment.  Eldora Gold’s Tailings Processing division will begin to establish a new mill on its first prioritized tailings disposal site in Kirkland Lake, Canada, having already conducted on-site sample testing and results evaluation.

I don't know why the so called investor support service of Greenwood International Ltd seems to be hurried to see my proof of bank transfer of 5000 Euros to his Greenwood account, whose bank is located at bank of Cyprus (a tax heaven country).

All this story does not make me in a very doubtful state.

Got a call from 'Mr Henri Walker' as well. He said he was from Greenwood from Kuala Lumpur.

Although he acted very convincing, I immeditaly thought it smelled fishy. He was trying to sell me some BYD stocks but I said I had to do some research and asked him to call me back in a month,which he obviously didn't like...

He sent me the same email mentionned above.
