just got another cold call from Bulldog security, like most others we're on TPS, which seems no use at all. Caller number was withheld, so they couldn't be identified. Want nothing to do with these persistent nuisances.

Previous posts are concerned for the vulnerable elderly....well, my father who is vulnerable and elderly has been sucked into these "Bulldogs!"....on the following number 01159352175.....it appears they have a few different numbers!.... I now have the job of phoning these awful people tomorrow to cancel their 'tomorrow appointment!".....thanks to all of these posts, I now know what to expect....I'm actually tempted to phone the police! By the way my father is also on the TPS

I work for Bulldog Security, and I am sorry that you had this experience. Our staff are always given training and we monitor them as much as we can. If any of our staff are caught speaking to customers or anybody in that manner, then they are immediately disciplined as we do not tolerate this from our staff as we are a professional company who would not want to hinder our own chances of running a successful business. Our staff do have a lot of rejection which some struggle to handle, but that's no excuse for speaking to people in the manner in which you were spoken too.

For us, word of mouth is our best form of advertising and we have a page dedicated to customer reviews on our website.

We are registered with the TPS, however, sometimes our staff do dial incorrect numbers and as such, errors are made.

My 84 year old Father was called at 9pm the day that I cancelled your salesperson going to see him following a previous pushy phone call. Luckily my Father had the confidence to tell that person to go and take a jump but he was very shalken by the experience

Preying on the elderly is clearly THE policy

Just had a call from Bulldog Security, asking for me by name.  I'm registered with the TPS so I don't know why I received this call.  I told them to go away!  The number they rang from was withheld but I answered because I'm expecting a call from my local hospital whose telephone number is usually withheld.

Conpany is a absolute joke they cannot look after their staff never mind there customers I'd advise anybody that gets a call off them to just put their phone down and find a local company the best alarm you can have is a monitered system but I'd advise you not to buy bulldogs system cause they don't respect there staff so god knows how they treat there customers

The company are TPS Registered and if any customer requests a copy of the TPS subscription, it's available to send via email.

The company's old registered office was Tollhouse Hill, and Bulldog Security Ltd started trading from the same address, Bulldog Security have since changed offices and all information is available via Companies House.

In relation to staffing, Bulldog Security have many long serving members of staff, we do expect a high level of performance from each member, and expect them to be polite to all potential customers. Although some employee's do not meet the high standard we require, and unfortunatley, we have to let the individuals go. We strive to train our staff and help them progress their careers, currently we are working alongside several colleges in order to bring in apprentices, we aim to offer 3 opportunities to apprentices within the next 4-5 weeks.

I work on behalf of Bulldog Security, however I do not work on site.

Bulldog Security currently have 1742 customers in total, fitted all over England, to date, all customers that has had a Bulldog Security system are happy and the company have received hundreds of recomendations from customers, all are available to view if requested.

I hope this information helps, however you are more than welcome to call the office, and a member of staff will happily explain anything further.

Please note, the accusations that you have implied against Bulldog Security Limited are infact incorrect, and I trust you understand this.  We believe your comments are infact defamation of character and indeed slander towards Bulldog Security Limited, you appear to be an ex member of staff and as I have stated, we will be happy to go through all your points and show you with the required evidence to prove all your points as being incorrect.

And as for tps registered you might have the paperwork does not mean you follow the of com regulations and you do prey on the elderly I know from experience for working for the company. All I'd say to anyone dealing with this company find someone else it's expensive and not a very nice company to be part of

Seems to me like SOUR GRAPES      Mr Hobbit    obviously Bulldog Security gave you a position of maybe leadership and trust, but Hey!!!!!!!  Ho!!!!!!! obviously you couldent do what was expected of you, so therefore you was maybe asked to vacate the position you was in, and dealing with Bulldog I am sure they would have obviously have been professional at all times. Reading your tantrum, the word,, professional  tells myself you don't understand the meaning. Get a life.

They are an absolute joke. The way they treat their staff is disgusting. They have new people working there every week. Its awful!!

It's alright the company's failing badly cut all staffs hours down to part time feeling sorry for the customers the product is good just the way they do things and treat people is so unprofessional hey ho hope they lose it all to be honest that would be karma
