I've had at least 6 phone calls from a company who even when you pick up say phone Express on 01159081162.  Its really frustrating and I dont know how to stop it.  I certainly will not be phoning them as I am concerned it may involve theft of my phone credit!  Please help!

Wite them and tell them that you do not owe them anything. Say that they must take your date off their system. Also state the following -

If I receive any further contact from you or any agent or principle in this matter you give your tacit agreement to be billed £500 per contact, including telephone calls, sms messages, letters and personal visits.

Then post letter and get proof of posting or recorded delivery is better and if they do contact you go ahead and create an invoice and sent it to them.

Then if they don't pay file with small claims court and you will likely win. But do give them 2 warnings b4

They have been calling every day and it is getting rather irritating. We have never taken out a payday loan and every time I get a person on the line they ask for some random name, a different one each time, and every time I say that they have the wrong number. Will be reporting them to ofcom.

These peolple are scam artists who are after personal information before they will enter into any sort of dialogue as to why they are calling you. It is outrageous that nothing can be done to stop them - short of paying BT £3.55 per month to selectively block certain numbers from calling you. I did speak to their complaints department who reluctantly agreed to talk with me without me disclosing my name. They duly assured me that my number would be removed from their call list. All that has happened is that the frequency of calls has increased. Scum of the earth. Oh, and I am now £3.55 per month worse off.

    Hi everybody.

I have also been getting calls from them 7 times a day. Last week I was at my boiling point. I didn’t have much work so was at home a lot. Anyways some of the calls were from a real person. First call I asked them to stop calling me and they told me that the number was on the database and until the person with the account notified them then they will keep calling. After me giving them a mouthful and told them to take the number of the database. Still didn’t work. The 2nd last call I told them again and they refused so I told them I was going to charge them £100 per call from them until it stops, she put the phone down on me. The last call they made with a real person behind the phone I told them that they owed me £500 so far. He asked why and I told him that every time you call I charge them £100 per call; he told me I couldn’t do that and they will not pay the bill. I said ok then I will send the bailiffs in to recover the money (he didn’t know what to say lol) so put the phone down on me again. The last call from them I told the lady how much they owed me at the start of the call and asked if the call was been recorded and she said yes, I also told her that I was recording the call also. Before she even started coming out with all the crap I butted in. I told her that people have phoned a number of times and I have asked for the number removed from the database. I asked the lady if she knew anything about common law and the 3 fundamental rules of common law. she said no. I told her 1 of the common laws and that was not to put people in distress (which they are doing) I told her that the money they owe me is going up and because they phone 7 times a day I have no choice but to put the charge up to £250 per call. she told me I couldn’t do that and I explained I don’t want calls from them and if you call then you are agreeing to the charges I am making for my time. She didn’t know what to say and again put the phone down.

Paid for a search of this company and got phone numbers and address and email addresses. Sent them a bill for £900 by recorded post and also sent them a bill by email. I have called the police station near where the company is located and told them under common law that I am in distress over the calls. They have taken my details and will be back in touch.

    Its getting beyond a joke.
I'm not sure who it is as i refuse to answer.
I'm getting so many calls a day from this number and the 0203 number.
They start from 8am and continue to hound my home and mobile. It's been months of ppi and loan calls now. Do they not get the hint?? How can you stop the calls? Because they just seem to carry on with different numbers!

Calling me up to 7 times a day- never had any loans with these guys or any contact at all before the calls started. Spoke to them of harassment and that I would be reporting them- had my partner's name and said that couldn't remove our telephone from list as needed to speak to him. He called and they told him his name wasn't on their database- assume that was a scam to get another tel no out of him- be interesting to see if he starts to get hounded too. Will be reporting to Ofcom.
