I have had 10 calls over 2 days, they have been informed that they have the wrong number and to take it off the data base, still nothing changes. I have reported them to ofcom and would be really grateful if everyone did the same - we need to stop this company and the way it trades, they are scum

Fed up of these idiots ringing me all the time so I decided to get my own back. Every time they ring me I just reject the call, wait 30 seconds and ring them back. Then when they answer I just sing for a bit then hang up. See how they like people wasting their time.

This company are scum. I am not a customer of theirs, yet they keep pestering me looking for someone called 'Zack' - 12 times a day or so from this number or others. Their staff are rude and abusive. Despite being told several times that 'Zack' doesn't live here, they refuse to take my number off their dialling list unless I give them my personal details - they must think I'm as stupid as they are.

and I'd encourage other people being plagued by them to do the same. You don't have to give your name. If enough people complain, maybe something might get done.

6 calles from Express today. 5 taken by my wife, but they wouldn't speak to her. One automated at 6pm. It's a scam.

Phone call from 'EXPRESS' asking to return call

I'm in a debt management plan but Payday Express refuse to deal with them. They say we don't deal with anyone but the person who owes us the money. I have up to 30 calls a day, a lot are on redial and is an automated message. Other calls are nasty, saying why can't you pay? Have you got some other bank card we can take the money from? Threats and nasty comments on my house phone and mobile. They know everything about my situation but have ignored it. They even phoned my old workplace. They are evil and ignorant things, not people. I advise anyone not to deal with this company. They are the worst I have ever dealt with. The government should stop all these scams.

Keep getting phone calls from Express they won't stop it's got to be stopped get a whistle when you answer if it's silent for a while before anyone speaks you know it's them blow a whistle down the phone they hang up they should stop phoneing people they are insane too many scammers about I'm trying hard to find out how to stop this I'll let you know if I do

I have been getting calls and texts off these for a couple of weeks now, saying I owe them money even though I had never heard of them and certainly have no need for a loan shark. I have now put a app on my phone called call blocker free you can set it up to end a call instantly or reject any call not in your contacts instantly you dont even know they have rang you. You can also set it up to automatically respond to texts, so you could text f*** off to them everytime you get a text. Get your own back on them.

These muppets just keep on phoning me absolute bunch of incompetents!! Then ask me for details which I don't give! Then just hang up, what's the best way to escalate this?
