I think these and other unwanted calls are set up by Websites like this one to encourage you to complain. The more you compalin, the more people that visit the site, the more the owners can attract Advertisers and attract revenue. Seems a vicious circle to me. Without Prejudice , of course !!!!

Got a call today - the caller just said "you have not claimed your refund.  Press 5" .  Needless to say we hung up without pressing 5

Called back and got the message "This number has been held for a customer.  No routing has been assigned"  ??

Who is this??

Got a recorded message this morning from this number. Someone who didn't ask for anyone by name, didn't tell me their name or what company they were with.

It was vague and claimed to be about a refund for recent loans / lendings. Claimed it was urgent and had to be delt with today. I hung up.

Recorded message about some kind of refund.  My response - 'Go f**k yourself' I do hope someone was listening.  Registered a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office for what it's worth.

Just been called - answered and no-one there. We have a call blockerwhich blocks all international and computer calls. I have now blocked this specific number. Can highly recommend getting a call blocker they're brilliant! Just search on ebay

Got call from this this a few minutes ago.
Rang back straight away and was told that this was an unallocated phone number !!!

I have received 3 calls from them in last 24 hours - have done as caller above and reported via http://www.ico.gov.uk/. The more of us who do it the more likely they will be fined.

Another one of those cold calls only this time no-one spoke and there was no recorded message. Be wary about pressing 9 or 5 (or any other button you are instructed to press to continue) - this can put you through to a premium rate line at your expense - upwards of £20 per minute. It's a scam.
