If everyone here could state what network their phone is that this number 01259300001 called to, there might be some pattern to who supplied the numbers.
I didn't answer at about 6pm today.
Phone is a Vodafone PAYG almost two years old and only receive calls from three people who have the number.

just tell them that this number (ie. your phone) is on the TPS list and should not be called. they shouldnt ring again as it's illegal to ring numbers on that list, i work in telesales so i know how to deal with these poeple. any other problems just ask me

I had a call today on my Police issue mobile phone and they hung up when answered.  I rang back and they eventually answered.  i asked why they had rung me and the reply was that they thought that my bank might have mis-sold me my credit card.  If I gave them the details they would see if that was the case and if it was i would not have to pay any balance due!  As you can imagine I told them that I might not be a teensey weeny bit interested and rang off

Yes I also received a call from this cowboys who were silent and listened to me say hello but no response, so I called from a withheld number and hang up! I cant believe that this silent calls still being made even though I have requested my number not to be given out, the worse is that they called my mobile!! There must be something we can do to stop this nonsense?!

Just had a missed call, check the dialling code.  The code is for the Alloa area in Scotland.  Don't know anyone there so decided to google the number.

Had a missed call on my mobile from 01259300001.
I wonder if it could be some sort of scam where they are hoping for people to call them back on a premium rate number?
Moral of the story, do not return missed calls if you dont recognise the number, use websites like this to check beforehand.

Had a call from this number on my mobile today whilst I was at work. I couldn't take the call as I was already on the telephone. They didn't leave a message so I called back to ask who they were. They said they were CCS and that they could help me to retrieve monies paid out on an Insurance - what insurance? I asked. I said I wasn't interested and put the phone down. Another scam I suppose. I will not be answering the phone if they call again and I would advise anyone else to do the same. Don't answer it.

Had this number ring me at work today, missed the call due to being on the phone at work. Thankfully I googled the number and found this site, will not answer or attempt to call this number back.

Got a call from this number on my mobile today and answered with my name, they hung up immediately so I phoned back and the phone kept ringing out but no answer, also phoned the number from my landline and still no answer

Just googled this number after my Dad got a missed call off them just after 9. He tried to ring back and it jst rang off. Seems they're very busy! Would be interesting to find out if they get the numbers from somewhere or they just make them up!
