I had an cold call from that same number today at 14.45 p m. When I asked the caller (female) where she got my details from, she instantly hung up. I traced the number by entering 1471. However, when I rang that number (01274663293) I got a service measdsage which said "number not recognised" I think the call was related to PPI, but other than that I do not have the company's name or any other information.

get a phone call answered told to hold on and music started playing i hung up tried to call someone later and music still playing just as well i didnt have to ring in a emergency

This is a Nuisance call that keeps the line engaged for up to 10 minutes. This is not acceptable as we need to keep our phone line free.

I've been receiving calls from 01274663293 which hang up after 3 or 4 rings, if I do get to answer the line is silent, and the call terminates.
I tried calling 0844 8246676 as per your intructions to have my details removed from your system. I was kept hanging on the line, being forced to listen to the most tediously annoying piano music imaginable for 10 minutes, then the call was terminated. If this is how serious you are at sorting this problem out then it's pretty pathetic. I have been registered with the TPS for years, NONE of us registered should be getting calls from yours, or other such companies. I'm waiting for a complaint form to arrive from TPS, and if your company is still calling me when it arrives I will be supplying them with both of your numbers, and I hope you're taken to task and fined.

I have just received a call from your company regarding the changes to CCA legislation.  May I suggest you familarise yourselves with Data Protection legislation.  I am registered for TPS, so the call should not have been made, however even after I advised the caller I was registered I was infromed that it is only effective for 90% of calls.  The call proceeded with questions about my credit card balances.

No Data Protection questions were asked and I did not confirm or deny having credit cards,

I have tried to call the company on 01274 663293 however this numberr will not accept calls.

I am also receiving calls from this number and when I answer it sounds like they just hang up, when I tried to call this number it says the number you have dialed has not been recognised.  Why does this happen????

I lost my husband in June this year and since then I have been getting all these calls from various no,s which is very upsetting as I am now on my own. This is hasstle I DON,T need.

God within a minute of recieving this hoax call i had another one from different number. this one same as others answered it and went dead, tried to phone back but number dead ?

Just had a call on the landline - answered and it went to hold music. I hung up and it was still there on hold music for 20mins meaning i couldn't use the phone!

Unplugged the phone for the time being but would have loved to speak to someone there to tell them how i felt!

Just had a call from these jokers.  When I stated that I did not accept cold calls the idot on the other end said that he would warm the call up beforehand.  What a bl**dy idot.  These type of cold calling companies should be put out of business.

Still holding after call from them - 30 mins and counting....
Does anyone know if it costs them a lot if I just leave it off the hook with their music playing?

Claimed to be from 'Money Made Simple' with regard to home insurance. We've just taken out a policy with Tesco and the caller couldn't confirm why she wanted to speak to the wife, nor what the call concerned. Hung up.

had a call from 01274 663293 picked up the phone got a beep like you hear on an answer phone then got music as if i was on hold, so i put the phone down half an hour later went to use the phone and it seemed to still be connected to the previous call as still heard the music, ( yes i cancelled the call) so i unplugged the phone line waited half hour an tried to use the phone again, still somehow connected to last call despite disconnecting the phone line, so i unplugged everything, the phone line the mains to the phone the plug the lot! half an hour later plugged it all back in an still it was playing music to me from the previous call! didnt stop for a good few hours!
