As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be required to
Talk and influence decision maker at all levels and offering our recruitment service to our potential clients
Build and maintain a client database through our CRM, by calling new and existing customers
Build and maintain client relationships through regular contact and gaining an in depth knowledge of their company and how it works
Taking detailed job specifications from clients regarding any position they are looking to fill
You will be responsible for resourcing candidates for the positions you have secured
Discussing the suitability and qualifications of the candidates to clients via numerous platforms.
Preparing candidates CV’s to submit to the Client.
Receiving client feedback on submitted candidate CV’s then arranging interviews
Headhunt - identify and approach suitable candidates.

Use sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract business from existing and prospective clients.
Develop a good understanding of your target clients through meetings, telephone calls, email and market research.
Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts within a range of media, experience with Social Media is essential, ideally LinkedIn and Twitter.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:

Have the energy and determination to succeed
Be career minded and dedicated about your future
Previous experience of sales or Recruitment an advantage but not necessarily essential
Desire to ‘learn' and listen to guidance given
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Well presented with a good sense of humour
The legal market in the UK has always been dynamic, therefore opportunities exist for motivated individuals who can broker deals and are customer focus orientated.

The role itself is very demanding but rewarding at the same time, the more energy and enthusiasm you apply the more rewards you will receive. A generous commission structure is available along with a basic salary. We are keen to find the right candidate who is available to start immediately.

Andrea doesn't want to tarnish her cv with search media which is not a credible recruiter. She's a recruitment professional and has clearly recognised she needs to work fir another recruiter to be successful. Good luck Andrea.

This is me! Thank you who ever you are, but for the record to everyone else I left wasn't sacked! I did earn commission and no I didn't get £10k to stay. I worked there for my own reasons and moved on, so for all the fabricated stories here is the truthful ending! I don't know who you all are but I'm guessing you all spoke to me before and worked with me before, so now I've put a stop to your stories leave me and my family out of your conversations please, you all worked for Steve at one point fgs!

I think the comment from jake is fair. She did nothing for months WAS given a pay rise WAS one of the highest paid staff and somebody she helped train in the job whos on far less money has brought in £7,000 in 11 days. Now she'll know what it's like to try and manage

I'd love to author my real name but have been threatened by Steve jakes before so no can do. It was a known factor Steve didn't like Andrea. Always rude about her behind her back  but nice to her face.!you deserve so much better Andrea. Good luck out there.

To be honest my problem was never with anyone who worked there just JAKES and his antics!

Oh my god wasn't it bad.the way jakes was with people and his swearing and aggression etc plus coming in to the office face gurning on coke and trying to pretend he was fine it was a complete farce. The only amazing thing is how people put up with him like they did for so long.glad I left.everyday his negative nature and moods would kill the sales floor dead in a minute and you could watch people just shrink down in their seats ...
Glad you've moved on Andrea. You are so much better than that rubbish. And as for Nikki and Mark Richardson suprised their still there. The two of them used to moan about jakes and now after all this time their still there with him following the jakes dream...
Won't be long. Rumours of unpaid taxes at search media and low sales will kill it off in the end I spose its just having a slow and long death....
