The rest of you were crap and cost the company thousands between you. This is why the office was closed, so yes it was your fault

There's an invention called the telephone. So Mr Jakes could have rang me I suppose. That would have helped. Then he could have written to me I suppose. Then he could have paid me. He did none of the above. Instead he upgraded his Audi and set up a new business and is now acting as a super consultant telling people how to run their businesses. The irony.

It`s a shame you didn`t use the phone a bit more and actually make some sales which is what you was paid to do. If you was any good at your job then you wouldn`t be hiding behind the name "golfer" would you.
What you actually did was turn up for work, sell sod all then want to get paid for it. If you ever set up your own business and have staff not doing what they are supposed to do would you want to pay them? The reason you wasn`t paid was because the company went in to liquidation which if you had a brain would realise this means there was no money to pay you with. Maybe if you had made a few sales then there would have been money to actually pay your wages!!

More like a shame Steve upset all his best staff which just meant his good people left and his bad staff stayed

The list of good staff certainly didn't include Steve Jakes who did nothing other than swear when he came to Colchester.

Maybe because the sales people didn`t perform so it was costing Steve money.

If staff don't admire the people they work for you'll never get the most out of them. I'm moving on now but jakes still owes me salary

If you worked at Colchester you would hardly seen Steve so you can't blame your poor performance on him.

If you worked at brentwood you'd hardly see Steve either lols he would go out for lunch and go on a bender for a week!!!!!!
