Jakes mode of operation is to bully his staff and make then feel sorry for him despite his own massive failings.happy to walk around his sales room at brentwood shouting and swearing no wonder staff left all the time

Should add the guys an addict of cocaine and sad as it is he can't give it up affecting friends family and employees alike. Sad really drugs destroy lives

I left in February when jakes walked around saying he woz gonna shut the company down and not pay staff if they had another bad day

It's my view that excessive drink and drugs have made Steve jakes act irrationally and as a result all good staff would leave as they could get jobs elsewhere even if for less £ at least they'd not have to tolerate his bizarre behaviour. One day I saw him punch a big wooden book case full of invoices just because somebody went on face book at lunchtime and he said that was banned but then the funny thing was he went straight on facebook himself and played loud dance music lol so loud his staff couldn't work properly

I feel sorry for all the staff that did work hard only for Steve jakes to [***] it all up but being his usual arrogant self with threats to close the biz down no wonder most staff just left in droves.. Most staff work for brad and wez now

Jakeseys a delusional [***]. His staff left coz they couldn't put up with him anymore. One by one they all resigned. He was impossible to work for.

Jakes went bust coz he wasted loads of money on wages to journalists that made no revenue for the biz and too many people in IT doing jobs that jakes could have done if he wasn't so lazy I reckon he wasted. £200 grand a year on rubbish

I worked at that company in 2011 the boss stephen jakes was always high as a kite and strutting about making a nuisance of himself so I left. He'll never be anyone other than a sad man in my opinion happy to bask in the glory of everyone's hard work.

Anyone noticed this website has vanished from a google search. I assume Steve jakes contacted google and got it removed. It still appears in google . Com searches so obviously jakes removed it under that recent eu ruling. Lol. We are onto you jakes!

it may not have been steve jakes ..... maybe be someone one else who didn't want his name assoicated with motortrade or ufindalocal just before a big event

News update

search media limited the new company trading as ufindalocal and Motortrades run by jakes is now under investigation by HMRC I found this out tried to claim redundancy money from ufinda and was told by insolvency office Watford jakes had moved me to search media limited so I didn't qualify but I'd never signed or been issued with a search media contract so he's acted wrongly

They said search media not paid any taxes and it's subject to tax investigation

Watch out jakes! Best snort another line of coke to hype u up lol

HMRC should just get a winding up petition in against search media if their not payin tax.simples
