we get daily phone calls from these people always rude and agressive resorted to telling them to ...... ***** &&&&  as soon as they say UK energy ......

Called me too despite being TPS registered. They don't care. Only way to get them back is to pretend you are interested in their products, let them make an appointment to come see you, then when they turn up tell them to get lost. They don't care about wasting your time but hate you wasting theirs. They will soon stop annoying you with their illegal phone calls if you do this. I have done this with many company's and believe me it does work.

Received call from 01412800251 nobody talked when I answered, I rang the number to hear a recorded message from allegedly the national energy research group. Looking forward to them actually talking so I can tell them exactly what I think!!!!

Silent caller, a waste if my time and very annoying !

Got a call today from "Stephanie" - said she was from Energy Research Group.

As others have said, it is only the reputable companies that pay any attention to TPS, the rest ignore it or pretend they are not selling anything therefore TPS does not apply to them

Complete wate of time.   Totally fed up with these calls.

Dishonest - Excel Plumbing & Heating



They called me claiming that I'd asked for them to call me back, and despite the fact that I'm registered with TPS. They claim to be National Energy Research Group, but the number is in fact the number of Excel Plumbing and Heating in Cumbernauld.

Keeps ringing and no answer when you pick up.

Same experience as all the other postings. Two calls in the space of half an hour. Both terminated abruptly by them when questioned about the nature of their call. Tried to phone back but met with message that they will call you and answering machine full. Like some I do worry about vulnerable folk who get these calls. Definitely west of Scotland accents.

Have had several calls from this lot. They are a very poor example of Tele Team Working. I kow, have worked in one. I am registered with TPS, and have received a number of these calls. I have told them I am registered, and been told "not on our list". I have just lodged a complaint with TPS,, and if they do not reply in a reasonable time, my MP is next.
Ofcom is another line of complaint I will follow....

They rung up and asked for us by name, when I said who was calling they put the phone down.

Silent phone call today at 1045am. No voice and when I put number in search bar....arrived here and saw comments.

I receievd a call 3 days ago from melanie of UK Energy Assessment Co. I politely told her I was on TPS and to please remove my number from their database then hung up.  A few minutes later I received another call from the same caller (I recognised her voice) with a mouthful of expletives..... at least I think that is what they were!  I hung up and reported the comany to ofcom.
Who would ever want to deal with such a company?

Call from 01412800563 (I suspect the same organisation as 2800251). Nobody there when I picked up the phone. I called the number and heard a  recorded message that it was the UK Energy Assessment Company.  If I wished to be removed from their records I was asked to press 1 - I did, but their malbox was full!  These sorts of phone calls constitute harassment which could be illegal.

I am  sick of this company harassing us. on a regular basis. I am not in good health and can do without it. i have inst.alled a new phone so i can block them,Please can someone do something about them?

apparently this company were struck off,so why have they been calling me? last call at 10 a.m this morning?

Call asking for someone who lived in this house 10+ years before I bought it (and our landline number's changed since then). I asked where they were calling from repeatedly, person just said 'Is that Mr So-and-so?' each time, then hung up.

Like you I also a call from this company and they said if you want to be taken off their call list press 1. I did this and was told "Sorry message box is full" followed by a "Sorry there seems to be a error" I think there should be some way of intercepting these calls. They are an absolute nuisance.

Received a call from the t**** on this number, 01402800563, claiming to be from the UK energy assessment company. Call was terminated as I answered it. I rang it back to hear "you've missed a call from the energy assessment company we'll call again soon, if you don't want to receive any more calls press 1...pressed 1 to hear i'm sorry mailbox is full we can't accept any more requests" What can we do to stop these b*******s calling? I wish I could meet one because i'd ring his scrawny neck.

Got a call around one. Energy assessment UK. reluctant to give name eventually said he was steven Yale. Would not give company details but said he was in Glasgow. When repeatedly asked for contact details said he would get his line manager. Line went dead after 30 seconds.
