I have no debts but am getting calls from these idiots at CRS

this number 01444449165 keeps texting me and now getting calls from 08450970201 dont know if its connected but had over 20 calls in 24 hours but i wont answer

Yeah I got a text from +447720593280 telling me to call this number. After reading the comments on here (thank you for the comments) I will not fall for this scam. I'm sure the gym I was with would call me first before   giving my details to these cowboys. As far as I have researched, this number is from India and i'm sure calling this number would sky rocket my phone bill. I have not received any letters either and I have stopped going to the gym in May. Beside they can threaten me all they like, I have moved house (which is why I didn't go to the gym anymore, the address they have is my student address) so good luck to them finding me, not!

I've just received the first 'get in touch' text in the same fashion as everyone's comments above. However, I do actually owe money to my gym as they set up the direct debit the day before my monthly wage goes in meaning I never have the funds on the day but do on the day after.

The gym wouldn't let me change the direct debit to the day later so they can actually swivel if they think they're getting a bean from me.

These CRS numpties will get told where to go as well once I start receiving phone calls from them.

I've been to that gym once and they believe I owe hundreds... must be a special gym! Hundreds of pounds per session? Get bent.

Phone my mobile. I have never had gym membership in my life. I am 60 years old and suffer from arthritis. These people should be prosecuted for what they do. They could frighten the life out of some people. I sent them a text back telling them to do something rude. How dare they.

These people are harassing me. I don't owe any money. I've never heard of them. I have emailed them several times and asked them to stop as they are making me ill .I've informed the financial ombudsman. I'e had a reply from them saying my number isn't
in there system, which is hilarious considering that they are constantly bombarding me with texts. They say they have written to me,but I have never received a letter, hardly surprising as they don't know my name and address. I think they are just trying it on.
I shall take action against them for harassment if they keep it up, they'll end up paying me.

I just got a message from these people! Saying that they must talk to me urgently today, and to call this number.

If it is to do with a gym collecting fees people or whatever then that's quite funny! Never been to a gym in my life! My partner however does owe money to a gym, but hey I'm not getting inbetween them. And by the sounds of it my partner shouldn't be doing anything at all with them!

I got a random text of this company telling me to ring them. I have a gym membership which I still currently use and don't owe any monies to weird!! Am not ringing them and they haven't sent me any post ! Surely they cant get away with false claim's?

Do not pay them if you think you dont owe them anything. They will eventually go out of business. thier bussiness only creates debt which is a low life job for scum. Remember do not pay them ever.

I keep getting texts from CRS and I have never heard of them. I just delete the texts but they are being a nuisance and I don't know how to stop them.I am definitely not calling the number they give.

These people are scum!  DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM, I just put the whole matter in the hands of Resolver (backed by Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis) http://www.resolver.co.uk, and they were amazing, they deal with all sorts of complaints and harassment by these deeply unethical debt people.  Good luck, Resolver solved my problem for me.

Just had a text asking to ring them. Just replied back to their message.

"No. If you call me again or send more letters I will go to trading standards and file for harassment. I fulfilled my contract of 12 months, even though I ended up never going to the gym in that time. You can check this if you really do manage the administration for Fitness4Less as you claim. I then cancelled my direct debit mandate, which is legally sufficient notification after the initial 12 month contact period. I will not be paying any of your ridiculous fees."

Fingers crossed they won't bother contacting me again!

They left a mechanic call said that I must contact them and gave this ref number   8306986 without any introduction about them or the purpose of its call.

when you pay what you owe

I have had quite a few texts myself so I made the mistake of calling. A rude guy picked up and wouldn't tell me who he was he asked me to confirm my address and date of birth which i did. Them he said thats the wrong date of birth and said we cany talk to u we will write to u. Im worried now. I stupidly gave my details. Can anyone say what he can do with my dob and asdress and name even though he didn't talk any further? ?
