CRS Debt Recovery for Exercise 4 Less - rang me on various 01444 449--- numbers regarding a gym membership i had. I used their services for about 4 months but because it was a year membership i cancelled the Direct Debit after the 12th payment had been taken.
I rang after the 1st text message .. ignorant git on the phone said i still had to give notice & pay for the current month & next month too.
Do not converse with these idiots .. their T's & C's stated that it was a year's membership & did not state that I, the Gym member, had to give notice to cancel.

I've had the same txt and don't know why?  I've not joined a gym? ??

Had a text from them saying my account had been returned to them by the Zinc group. I have had this phone number for 8 years, have never had a gym membership in my life and frankly, if they were legitimate they would write, only , hang on a minute, they don't have my name and address. I suggest anyone who receives these texts to block them out of you phone.

Leaving texts on my mobile phone asking me to call this number. Don't know who they are or where they got my mobile number from The texts come from 07885216774

Got a text message today saying account has now been returned to them by Zinc Group. Please call CRS today on above number to discuss resolution of account.  I have never heard of Zinc Group or CRS.

I did ring them a few months ago asking why they wanted to speak to me.  I was told they would ring me back if there was any issues. They never rang me back. Now I've started to get texts from them again.  So I've blocked the numbers. I advise you to do the same.

Calling to speak to someone who does not live at this address.

Rang asking to speak to husband when I asked who was calling they just went quiet and did not respond so I hung up.

They message my 6 year old on a regular basis lol. Fools. Ignore them. I’ve blocked them now. Hopefully that helps.

If these guys want money from me they better be prepared to collect in person.

I cancelled my membership back in January 2019 and now there saying I owe £177.00 but there saying I cancelled the DD to early so I’m struggling to see even if I had cancelled to early how does £11.99 = £177.00? I’m getting a solicitor bullies they are!!!

Calling my 16 year old son about an Exercise For Less gymn membership i've cancelled  or been tring to for months! ..... Any tips on how to deal with Exercise For Less ?....... worse than trying to cancel a phone contract !

I tried to access the contract but I couldn't jump through all the hoops. You will need to read your contract to find out how to cancel. I would suggest doing it in writing.

Keep getting these even though block. They just ring with tweaked version of number. On about my gym debt and sending me to court.   Mmmm never been to a gym given im in a wheelchair.  Dangerous and harrassing
