Received text to call on 2 occasions tried to call on mobile but no answer

I cancelled gym membership, went through correct procedures, told I should have cancelled after such and such a date.  Harassing me for money I don't owe! They're wasting their time!

I'm getting the dam same thing I canceled the gym member ship I'm getting nothing but threats letters if you don't pay this within the next 10 days we it will be passed on to zinc group a Ltd I'm ausitisic and have learning difficulties saying I owe 290.94
I don't know if it's a real debt letter
They won't stop bugging me or sending me out emails and letters it's upsetting me as I'm autistic picking on an ausitisic person

CRS saying I owe money for a gym I cancelled without even using it once because I moved.
I went in to the gym Xercise4Less in Bolton and cancelled the membership which they were fine with, now CRS want 18months gym fees. NOT A CHANCE, I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT.
These people at CRS are unprofessional, rude and threatening, I suggest anyone in this position take it to court.

Had a txt from CRS (mobile number) asking to call them on 0144449165 as my account has been returned to them from the Zinc group. Don't even know who they are. From the other comments on here it must be to do with gym membership. I had a gym membership about two years ago which I cancelled just before my 12 Months was up as I moved away. So prob owe them £10. Sorry not getting it as it would cos sooooo much more to send someone round to try and collect it. And I have every right to cancel if I moved away as I could not physically go to the gym! Pathetic! Harassing!

Absolute idiots & very rude don't call or answer txts from them. My wife cancelled her gym membership after a year & now they are hounding her with txt after txt saying she owes £38 which is now £98!! Jog on!!

Scum bags actually had me thinking I owed money!

I have not and will not pay them. A part of me feels I should call them back and threaten them with legal action. But sod these [***]! They do not deserve the credit on my phone.

Tell me about it, I got a Gym membership in Glasgow while living in Hamilton. It was because I thought I would have time and a couple work mates kept telling to go there, I did, and got a membership, then caused a huge tear in the back of my leg, went to the doctors, they said to not work for a few days, chefs didn't care and told me to go in. Hurt like hell even with loads of painkillers, and didn't go back, and after leaving work I needed to cut some unneeded money spending and stopped payments to the gym, and canceled my membership. Apparently I owe them over £100 by now, when I only used the place once, how does that work? LOL!

These people sent me a letter twice saying I owe money to a gym I don't go to any gym. Clear scam so I went to my bank they called them and was like "we will investigate this on our side". The bank manager thinks I won't hear from them again now they know the bank is on to them. More must be done to stop this sort of thing extremely stressful.

My auntie who is n her 90's received a call today asking her to ruing the above number and has just rang and ask me if she should ring the number back as they requested and I told her definitely not.  Why are they bothering people like this it isn't right.

Just had a text message out of the blue from CRS saying call this number between 9am and 6pm saying that they' sent me a letter a week ago and the need to discuss it with me. I've no idea what they're on about but I'm not even sure I'm going to ring them

got an unsolicited text from CRS saying I owed a company called Zinc money.
never heard of them and do not do credit type accounts
I can not block the number on my phone either!

I have NEVER EVER  taken out gym membership and have no idea how they got my mobile as I only give it out to 2 grown up daughters Dr, council tax dept and partner. No e of whom would pass it on to anyone else.

I received a text message from crs this morning saying to ring them urgently so I did...turns out they are trying to get gym fees from a male. After 20 minutes of arguing the fact I'm a female and wouldn't not be paying Mr sabars debt when I'm miss Harris and don't even know the man they're after I got told debt collectors will be coming to my house and taking my 2 very young children's toys beds etc if I didn't pay up. So I asked for the manager and explained to them I have no idea who this man is and that the bloke on the phone originally was threatening to get my children's stuff took from our home he was completely apologetic and now sending me a gift card for both my children as a sorry 😂. I will be contacting trading standards over these tools.

This company have harassed me every single day for the past 8 months. Ive blocked every number they contact me on but end up messaging me with a different mobile number every time. They've now started sending letters to my mothers address (who i havent lived with for 32 years). surely this isnt right? how have they got this address? I provided my home address when singing up for the gym (which i owe nothing too as i cancelled a year ago) they are now saying i owe £320.65. HA! They are threatening me with court but after some digging it turns out this JOKE OF A COMPANY which employs council estate scum in their call centres has actually only taken two cases to court in their business operative years and have won a total of ZERO cases.

I employ any people worrying about this hilarious company to IGNORE them and dont answer any calls. EIGHT MONTHS down the line and I have no 'baylifs' or 'court orders'. Hilaaaaarious bunch of low life SCUM
